The Geek Squad went over and above setting up our new Samsung 65 inch TV

They Arrived when they said they would and were fast working and kept me informed. Explained what they were doing and asked if I had any questions. They were friendly, skilled and knowledgeable. My television was up and running quickly.

The Tech rep was on time, he assembled the equipment as required and took his time explaining to my parents how the system functioned. He answered all of their questions in plain easy to understand language and removed all of the shipping materials and the old equipment.

The installer was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and connected all my Sony products together (TV, Sound Bar, DVD) and made sure all were working together with my Direct TV. He set all the fine tuning adjustments and then showed me how to work everything. Also, he took the time to make sure all the wires were bounded and routed so that it didn't look like a jumbled mess. Couldn't be happier and it was money well spent.

There are not enough adjectives in the English language to express my gratitude for the service provided for me by Kevin. Some may say my review is a little overkill. Absolutely not. Kevin was not only knowledgeable but courteous, kind, and patient. And believe me, with me, you need patience . He needs a raise.

The Geek Squad Service is well worth the money. They will set up Flat Screen TV'S, Soundbars They will program everything and make sure everything is working properly. They will assist you with any questions you may have of all your entertainment equipment.

Both setup guys got me online and the tv working in less than 15 minutes...both were very knowledgeable and seemed to like/enjoy their work and answered all my questions..very professional....And a shoutout to the staff @_Dubuque Best Buy who were also professional..

Paid the Geek Squad to fine-tune a new Vizio 55" 4K TV after I installed it. They did a good job of explaining the setup options to my wife. Unfortunately the TV would randomly turn itself on, even in the ECO mode and with no HDMI cables attached. Best Buy replaced it with an identical new set and the delivery people were nice enough to help lift it onto the swivel mount. I would have needed to pay again for a second Geek Squad visit, so I tuned it myself. Overall, the first visit was great but I am disappointed with the lack of follow up after having to have the TV replaced.

Two fellows (late in the day) hooked up TV and set four devices. They also programed an Elite remote. The system works as I hoped it would. When they left everything was ready to go. I would not have anything changed. Their knowledge and humor was a welcome solution to an expensive project. I would certainly give them the highest marks. I am glad I invested in the Geek Squad.

The technician named Dre was absolutely perfect with his service, kindness and professionalism The set up went perfect and I love my new big TV with the perfect table that works great! Dre truly should be commended for his excellent service! I also wanna thank Amanda and Nick at the Oak Park store for all their help in selecting my new equipment.

We purchased a universal remote to combine all items to the one remote. They were so professional, extremely considerate and exceptional teachers! There were no questions on how anything works when they left. At first I thought it was a very frivolous, expensive items. Wow-- was I wrong I would recommend the service highly and hope if I need it again- I would have the same crew.

The agents were very helpful and knowledgeable and quickly set up my new TV and integrated it with Comcast XFinity. They were intrepid in that they came to my home despite Best Buy giving them an incorrect phone number and they couldn't contact me. That's a different story - at the store I asked 2 Best Buy employees to update my phone number and apparently they wouldn't or couldn't.

Was nervous at first about having someone come into my home but after they arrived and started working I became totally at ease. They really knew what they were doing. They were helpful, knowledgeable and answered any questions i had.
