Well the two gentlemen who delivered and set up our 65 inch Samsung were very good, quick, took the boxes away and cleared things up, However, they didn’t set up the tv to Hargray. We had to call someone from the Geek squad to see why we couldn’t get the local channels. As a result the tv still isn’t set up. Waiting for Hargray to come Tues. with a new remote and to set it up the way the second person from the square said.

I finally had enough of Xfinity cable and wanted to try out streaming (Hulu, Netflix, Espn+, etc.]. Since my TV and receiver were both over 15 years old their technology could not stream without using an attached device. Since Geek Squad set-up my old home entertainment system, I decided to use Geek Squad to come out and perform a free in-home consultation with recommendations on product options to purchase. Based on their recommendations I purchased a new TV, receiver and 4K disk player (I have over 1,600 movies in my collection). They delivered the TV, I picked up the smaller items, and set-up my new home entertainment system. The two technicians were very professional and answered all of my questions. I am very happy with my new home system and glad I used them.

Just what any electronically challenged senior wants to do....spend an hour or so setting up and installing a 55 inch TV....NOT... THE GEEK SQUAD delivered, installed the TV, set up the programs and menu, ensured we were up to date on the operation, happy with the sound, and the picture. Pleasant, professional staff as always. The easiest 45 minutes I ever had installing a tv thanks to the GEEK SQUAD.

The agents took the time to instruct me and answered all of my questions, like I wasn’t bothering them. And left his number if I have any questions down the road.

Erik had recommended the Sonos sound bar to work with my Sonos speakers to create surround sound in my living room and a swivel TV mount. A quick installation & Erik explained my system to me. The first TV had to be replaced and so far the second one is wonderful. Ariel was the set up technician for the second TV and he was wonderful. He showed me many things with the set up and I really appreciated the time he took to show me. A perfect gentleman too.

Geek squad did a great job mounting and setting up my tv. Showed me how to use the TV with the remote it came with. Which is what I wanted because I wanted to return the cable box to the cable company. Saving 11$ a month. They were fast and thorough.

Benjamin Burkey spent almost 2 hours setting everything up. He was very knowledgeable and meticulous. He answered all of my questions and even called to check on things the next day! I was satisfied overall with the setup of my Samsung 55 inch smart television set. The man and woman from the Geek Squad who came to my house are trained professionals who knew what they were doing.

The agents put my stand together and then my TV, They knew what they doing and had them together in no time. Then they set my TV set up and stayed to make sure everything worked properly.

The person who delivered our TV and set it up provided excellent customer service! He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He took his time to make sure we knew how to operate everything and explained things to us a couple of times! He dealt with our cable connection with no problems at all.

Excellent installers who went right to it setting up 75 inch tv and new sound bar along with connecting my blue ray disc, firestick and roku in very short time. Everything worked as it should and they took all packaging and boxes out leaving area clean when they finished.
