Nick, who was our Geek Squad installer, was excellent. He took time to answer all of our questions. He was very efficient and he left his work area spotless.

The Geek Squad had to work in tight quarters with my entertainment center, but managed perfectly. He also recommended a programmable remote which has been awesome. So much easier to work with than my previous universal remote. Plus he was able to get my old but still functioning well multi disk Denon CD player connected via the remote, so I could return the new multi disk CD player I purchased - which more than offset the cost of the programmable remote!

The agents were Great! They set up my TV and connected my devices. Awesome!

Michael took time to make sure I understood the new installation, how it works and what I could do if I needed help in the future.

Two guys showed up with the new Roku TV. The unit did not fit our existing stand:( They swapped the new for the old. Excellent! Highly Recommended!

The 70 inch Samsung is fantastic! It is like you are there in person when watching my favorite team, the Celtics. The color is vibrant. I also want to thank the two installers who were professional yet friendly. They also set up my paid for channels.

If you have some experience setting up TV and components this is something you can probably figure out on your own. But if you have had enough fun doing this sort of thing for a lifetime, let Geek Squad make it easy for you. This is the third time I have had Geek Squad do TV and component setup and it saves me an afternoon or a day of tedium getting everything situated and working to my satisfaction. If you have the money to outsource this, do it.

TV installed quickly without any issues. It was a basic install using the stand and put on my bedroom dresser.

They set up the TV and did all connections and made sure everything was working properly and explained the remote and The TV functions . They were excellent and did everything much faster than I would have. Highly recommended for non techies like me.

The installer came to my home for the TV installation on a stand. He was on time, courteous and very professional. He made sure everything was in working order before leaving. I was very satisfied with the experience and highly recommend Geek Squad.

They installed my tv quickly, answered my questions, and set up the TV with remote and how to use. Couldn’t have asked for better service except we had to wait another 2 weeks since the order wasn’t in yet.

The agents were very polite and friendly. They were efficient and did not worry when we asked for additional help, as we are older and digitally challenged. When the TV legs were wider than the stand - they had a fix for us - so great at thinking outside the box, or furniture in this case! Will definitely use them again!

Next to Apple, the Geek Squad has been the most reliable service organization I have used for years. They always get the job done. They are always honest about how to maximize the value of your existing and future purchases. They always exceed expectations. And I have used them a LOT. This last time was no different. TV delivered, installed, cleaned up, done.

Two young men showed up. My old tv was very large and HEAVY. Without batting an eye, they removed the old beast. Then, placed and completely hooked and set up the new Sony Bravia OLED. They took the time to make sure all settings were optimized and to my satisfaction. It was expertly and quickly done.

The two installers that came out where awesome and very professional. Easy to understand and hear. The only thing is the sound bar had a ding and was told that if i have any problems just let the store know because I have an extended warranty
