They set up my TV and made it easy for me to work. This was the first Smart TV I have had.

The installation was excellent. Installers were very knowledgeable and efficient.

I thought that i could handle getting a couple of friends and setting this up by myself. Im so glad i didnt. The steup was done quickly and the signs of experience were obvious.

The Geek Squad did a very good job installing the TV. They arrived on time and very efficient in installing the New TV and removing old TV and most courteous throughout the whole process. I was very pleased and give them a 10 if 10 is considered the best.

The agents installed the HDMI cable to our satisfaction. They were great troubleshooters, and included extra effort to solve our problems. They were also very courteous and professional. We were very satisfied.

Integrity was assigned by the GeekSquad. They were timely, polite. However the tv 65in wows. Tad too tall. We are seniors andthey arranged to return it and we repurchased a 55in. They returned and did again very professional service Even set the boom box so we only use one remote. They hauled the old tv away.

Both of the gentlemen that installed my TV, Angel and Chris did a spectacular job. They were friendly and professional and answered all the questions I had. I will request them should I need installation of anything’ else.

The team that setup the TV always let me know when they would arrive. They took out the old TV and put up the new one and get it all set and explained all the things they changed and setup up for me.

My technician did 6 installations and he was quick fast effective and efficient. He talked to us the whole time while installing and let us know about the features and future products that can make life watching tv so much more enjoyable. I liked how he kept each area clean and did not leave any mess like most techs would do. I really like the geek squad and would definitely have them back again.

Jimbo & his co worker were absolutely outstanding. Very professional removed old TV and made sure our new LG was up and running properly along with making sure we completely understood the functions of the TV & Remote.

This is the best picture on any of my TV’s. The colors are vibrant and picture is incredibly clear. I have 3 Samsung TV’ and this is at the top for best pucture

A Geek Squad member brought my new TV, connected it to the Dish network, connected the DVD player, and got everything working. That included having the TV work with the Dish remote. He did a greet job, was pleasant, explained things thoroughly, and made sure I knew what I was doing before he left.

The person that delivered the TV was very nice did a great job! He showed me everything that I needed to do with the TV also we helped me with my Netflix and prime and peacock and Disney plus. Service was great!

The person who installed my TV was SUPER! He was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and just a great person to help someone who knew little about what to expect with a smart TV! I'd say his name but not sure I should....starts with an A and ends with an O : )

They set up our tv and were very professional, courteous and prompt this was well worth it and quicker than us trying to program it by ourselves, they even showed us a few things we didn’t know would definitely recommend
