The agent set up the tv and did a wonderful job of explaining how the tv worked. He set up all my apps for me. Disposed of the huge box the new tv came in. He made sure I knew how to work all the controls before he left. I was very impressed with this.

The crew were on time and professional. They disconnected my old TV and installed the new one quickly. They explained the functions and made certain that I felt comfortable with it's operation. They were wonderful!

The team that setup up TV's and Sonos sound systems were very knowledgeable and professional. Do to the service that is provided by Best Buy, I try to buy whatever I can from a company that provides the in store experience that allows you to touch and feel a product, is competitive with Online retailers and has the service department that is top notch. Plan to use the service again and I hope that the company can weather the Amazon storm.

My TV was mounted & connected to all my devices in a short amount of time.

I needed an upgrade in TVs for my living room. Luckily BB had one that fit my needs in terms of prize and size. The new TV was replacing a similar sized TV but it was an old school one with the fat back. I'm handicapped, so hauling out the old TV myself wasn't an option. The Geek Squad Tech came to my home on time, hooked up the new TV while hauling out the old one, and the visit lasted for about an hour. Thank God for Geek Squad!

Your staff was very pleasant & very professional! Alexandra was wonderful when setting up my TV. I asked so many questions and she just continued to answer without hesitation in a very very nice manner. I would recommend Best/buy & geek squad to anyone.

As usual the agents who came out are so professional and knowledgeable that they really make me feel at ease and stress less. I truly believe and enjoy the Geek Squad coming to my house for all my technical problems.

Team was very quick and polit throughout the whole process. Ensured 85 Inch Samsung TV was properly hooked up and showed me how to operate it. Even ensured area was cleaned up prior to leaving. Excellent process by the Qeek Squad, Thank you.

The techs that installed tv set did a good job and knew there trade., however very disappointed in the charge to install a 3g tv set. We have been a long time customer of Best Buy and subscribe to the Keek squad program, the installation service should have been included to cover the installation, time to reconsider the annual fee fir this program.

Delivery, installation and set-up was fantastic. Following that, he explained the system and adjusted it to our desires and usage.

The technician set-up my new smart TV and connected it to my cable service. He arrived on time, was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He showed me how to move through the various screens which was very helpful.
