Roland from the Geek Squad completed a great installation, answered all my questions and was very professional

Our installer did great work in very little time. The only reason I gave the service 4 stars instead of 5 was price. At this rate the Geek squad is at least $100.00 per hour.

Setup guys did a great job. Patiently answered all of my questions and hooked everything up. The work of the 2 individuals at my house was great. The process of getting everything scheduled was very frustrating.

I was most happy with the service I received from the Geek Quad. The guys were very professional. I had a more complicated set up than most and they knew how to handle it, and did listen to me when I told them how I wanted it hooked up. They then made sure everything worked and that I knew how to work the new product. I would definitely use them again.

Technicians were on time, very knowledgeable, took plenty of time to make certain I understood the many selections that were available and how to make the appropriate selections. They cleared the debris left from the packaging and even vacuumed before they left.

The agent set up my TV and set my channels color sound volume. As I do not have cable he made sure my OTA Antenna was working properly. Also he was very courteous.

I had a 65" Samsung Q tv installed. The technician was very professional. He came into my home with a mask. Set the tv up. Connected it to my internet and cable system. He also set up all the right settings for the picture to be perfect. The tech also spent time with me explaining what I need to know to operate my new purchase.

We purchased the 77" Sony Bravia and to say it is the next best thing since sliced bread is an understatement. We have only had it a few days but it is incredible. The sound, the picture, the quality is above and beyond! Thanks to Jamal and Adam for a TERRIFIC job setting us up - they were AWESOME!

There is no way I could have done this myself. I would have had to watch tv on my computer I guess. These two guys brought my tv in, hooked up everything, asked me where I wanted everything plugged in, did it all nice and neat, then showed me how to use everything. They left here and I had a new tv with a picture that still blows my mind! I love showing it to my friends. Its like being at the movies.

Yes, and they did an excellent job. They were done quickly and cleaned up afterward. Helped me get it programmed for my favorite streaming channels and made sure they had answered all my questions.
