Very helpful - they accomplished as promised after my blue screen nightmare: they saved my files and returned a functional PC, although they lost my apps (as they had warned me). I was surprised how verbal team members were, they guided me to reasonable expectations and delivered!

The agents were courteous and quick to understand my problem as well as to process instructions for the best solution.

My Geek squad gal Elizabeth, was kind pleasant PATIENT, and happy. She seemed to love her job, and answered all my questions also the Geek squad people in store are the best, they all need hi 5's for their time and patience and answers in my time of panic!!

We purchased the Total Tech Service (TTS) and used that to have them clean out 2 laptops (malware/viruses), update drivers and install new Webroot security software. The TTS cost us $200 and if we hadn’t had that we would have paid $150 for each laptop PLUS the Webroot software was included for free with TTS. Awesome value and service!!

The desk top computer that was cleaned up and updated has worked very well. No problems have been noticed. The only confusion is that Cindy's account for trend micro is still opened and a charge for it has been applied to our credit card. That account was to be canceled and George J. Is the new subscriber for the new plan

They are the best: Geek Squad repaired my desk top and they do a great and thorough job every time. I highly recommend them if you are taking care of your computers.

Appointment time for Geek Squad was set up easily through a telephone call. The agent knew immediately that my hard drive had "died." Gave options for repair. Repair was completed by the next day. Pick up of my computer was a breeze.
