Even if you apparently have nothing wrong with your computer, I can recommend this service by the Geek Squad as they found malware which had slipped by my anti-virus software. The issue that brought me here was in fact the noise from the laptop's cooling pad rather than the laptop itself.

I had geek squad remove a virus from my home PC when it acquired the blue death screen. Geek Squad always does an excellent job on anything I have ever needed them for. I like them to remotely take over my computer and repair or adjust items on my PC. They are the best and always been a pleasure to work with.

Very helpful - they accomplished as promised after my blue screen nightmare: they saved my files and returned a functional PC, although they lost my apps (as they had warned me). I was surprised how verbal team members were, they guided me to reasonable expectations and delivered!

They are the best: Geek Squad repaired my desk top and they do a great and thorough job every time. I highly recommend them if you are taking care of your computers.
