You can depend on the Geek Squad!! I was there to set up my new computer and transfer documents from the old computer. They stated it would take about a week. However, they called within 3 days to say my computer was ready for pick. The transfer was successful and complete. Thank you soooo much!!!

Cloned data from old disc drive to new solid state desktop. Explained what I needed and didn’t need with a solid state CPU during the job. Deleted old printer, Windows, and unnecessary programs.

Love the fact that they had this membership for a type of plan where you can take it to any best buy and bring multiple devices.

Purchased a 4T SD drive and had it installed on my new gaming computer to run my operating system and because i download a lot of music that takes up a lot of drive space everything works great.

Everything appears to have been recovered. A few weeks later, the PC seems to be operating fine.

There was the possible of my system being hacked, but the techs were able to sweep my system to make sure it was safer to use.

The technician did an excellent job on my computer and the job was finished in minimal time.

I had brought my HP computer in for repair. I made an appointment. Sar down with a Geek squad team member who performed a diagnostic. Left my computer for repair and was informed of each step via email until my computer was ready for pick up. Very smooth process. Happy with the service and my computer is like new!!!!

They checked my computer and couldn't duplicate the problem. Told me everything they had done. Got it home and was able to find the problem with what they had told me. A bad keyboard.
