Love the fact that they had this membership for a type of plan where you can take it to any best buy and bring multiple devices.

I had brought my HP computer in for repair. I made an appointment. Sar down with a Geek squad team member who performed a diagnostic. Left my computer for repair and was informed of each step via email until my computer was ready for pick up. Very smooth process. Happy with the service and my computer is like new!!!!

The agents were very professional. They removed tracking software and reinstalled Windows 10, Their service was fast, and left me with a feeling of confidence in their actions.

Did a virus scan and removal (found two) and general tune-up. Also scaned the attached thumbdrive. I am very pleased with the service, both the speed and the quality.

Had problems with Bluetooth on my Notebook. Took it to the Geek Squad, Had to leave it. When I went to pick it up, I was told that all they had to do was reinstall Windows 10, and then charged me $150. i think I was charged too much for the work that was done - no new parts, no repairs.

There was the possible of my system being hacked, but the techs were able to sweep my system to make sure it was safer to use.

I brought my nephews computer in for a repair. Paid $150 for the repair and then was called and had to shell out another $100 for a new hard drive. I didn’t know I had to pay more.....if I knew that I would’ve taken it elsewhere. $150 is a steep price for diagnostic services.

They checked my computer and couldn't duplicate the problem. Told me everything they had done. Got it home and was able to find the problem with what they had told me. A bad keyboard.

The agents did what i asked. Installed antivirus proctection. Cleaned my device removed viruses.

Geek Squad has been excellent on several occasions when I needed assistance and or technicians. VERY satisfied with their service

Took several days, but everything is cleaned up and new virus protection added. I bought the service because we have 8 items used in our house. So now I have help with any computer problem we run into. Highly recommend purchasing the yearly contract. Good insurance for us

The agent accepted me as a walk in, received my computer, cleaned it of malware and programs inserted by a scammer and returned it to me clean and workable. They also helped me by telling me how to handle scammers in the future.
