Wow! The in-store service is Great, It was fast and quick not much wait time at all, I will always keep this service.

Geek Squad has always performed for our family. Hence, we recently upgraded to the Total Tech Support program, which after all was said and done, provided us with a valuable service (TV delivery, rewire, and install) at a significant cost savings vs. contracting in a al la carte manner.

He did a great job of moving all the data off my old phone to my new one and is fine.

Had problems with Bluetooth on my Notebook. Took it to the Geek Squad, Had to leave it. When I went to pick it up, I was told that all they had to do was reinstall Windows 10, and then charged me $150. i think I was charged too much for the work that was done - no new parts, no repairs.

Recieved excellent service. The geek squad m=ember explained to me very clearly what they did and I couldn't be happier(I am technologically impaired in other words I know nothing about electronics)

I brought my nephews computer in for a repair. Paid $150 for the repair and then was called and had to shell out another $100 for a new hard drive. I didn’t know I had to pay more.....if I knew that I would’ve taken it elsewhere. $150 is a steep price for diagnostic services.

The agent accepted me as a walk in, received my computer, cleaned it of malware and programs inserted by a scammer and returned it to me clean and workable. They also helped me by telling me how to handle scammers in the future.

Took several days, but everything is cleaned up and new virus protection added. I bought the service because we have 8 items used in our house. So now I have help with any computer problem we run into. Highly recommend purchasing the yearly contract. Good insurance for us

Overall pleased, however could not rate as 5 star due to short manpower and difficulty contacting by telephone. This led to the repair taking several days longer than expected.

Geek Squad is great as usual. Bought the protection plan when I bought the computer but did not realize it did not cover software. Got this and I am thrilled they had it fixed in no time. but now the hard drive is bad so that will be fixed. Thanks Best Buy for being there.
