Geek Squad is great as usual. Bought the protection plan when I bought the computer but did not realize it did not cover software. Got this and I am thrilled they had it fixed in no time. but now the hard drive is bad so that will be fixed. Thanks Best Buy for being there.

Overall pleased, however could not rate as 5 star due to short manpower and difficulty contacting by telephone. This led to the repair taking several days longer than expected.

When we googled our computer problem the only fixes seemed to be states away and very expensive with no guarantees. We decided to try Best Buys Geek Squad first and they found the problem to be not as serious, put us at ease and fixed ut at a fraction of the cost. Such a relief!

I had a serious breach on my laptop, partly my fault. I went directly to BestBuy and the only complaint I have is the person at the front desk assumed I knew more than I did, and was a little abrupt with me. Other than that everything was great.

We had a smart watch that needed to be paired with a cell phone. One of the sales people on the floor helped us so willingly and showed us how to do it. He was courteous and so very helpful.
