Had my computer going great after a spill under it. Very grateful for it and in barely two days at the most! Then they helped me with the CD player which I couldn't get to it as I did in Windows 7 now that I had changed to Windows 10. An icon was installed that takes me directly to it with no hassle!

Sure you can probably find a guy who can fix your computer for $20 but are you 100% sure you can trust them and that they'll guarantee their work. This is the the 2nd laptop I've taken to the geek squad to look at and I'd totally do it again. You can make an appointment or do a walk in. They call with updates and are reliable and fairly priced. Zero issues.

Took my computer in to have it fixed as it was displaying a blue screen of death, saying it was had to fix a drive and just restart, but restarting it just brought you back to the screen. They reinstalled Windows, but installed V10, instead of V11 which was on it and never called, texted, or emailed to let me know it was finished.

Geek Squad always does thorough work on my computer and carefully explains what happened - and all in a reasonable amount of time.
