repaired computer issues quickly and explained in easy terms how to correct

I went to the Geek Squad to have my computer "de-bugged" and they did a great job. They were very friendly, did it timely, and while I was there went to look at a GREAT 60-inch Samsung T.V. and bought it also!

Geek squad rep was great, very knowledgeable. He wasn’t quite sure what caused the issue, but had a fix that worked.

Took my gaming pc in after windows updates continuously would fail on install out of the blue. These guys had it for a week and were awesome about keeping in touch about what they were doing. By the time i got it back it was working flawlessly.

My HP Envy was having boot issues and HP Support told me to bring it to Geek Squad. Ultimately, Geek Squad fixed it, but then HP informed me my laptop, which was under warranty, should have been sent back to them to be fixed once it was determined it wasn't a hardware issue. More of an HP Support issue. The multiple members of the Geek Squad team were very helpful and even helped set up the docking station once the drivers and factory reset had been completed.

The people I interacted with were both helpful and explained the problems with my computer. Computer is now performing very well.

They got my desktop in quick and within only a few days it was returned cleaned and fully repaired, the service was great! The team member even helped me save money on the repair!

There were a couple of things broken with my pc when I brought it in so it took a while to find both problems . I was able to buy a part from my friend for cheaper and they were willing to put it in for me

I think it's very important to have this virus removal and operating system repair. If you have any problems you can get geek squad to help you immediately. There service is 24/7 week.

Geek Squad tried to repair first time, but still had issues. Had to bring back and wait again. Finally said computer has issues and options were to send out or buy new. We bought new. The time wasted from first drop off to second drop off was time wasted. For that reason service was good but communication with store and Geek Squad difficult,
