The Agents working on my computer worked winders on my computer after explaining all the issues I received it back working perfect

They got my desktop in quick and within only a few days it was returned cleaned and fully repaired, the service was great! The team member even helped me save money on the repair!

My computer was no longer booting up, hard drive and Windows had to be installed, initially they said it could take up to 3-4 days but everything was done and was ready for pick up the next day

Took my computer in to have it fixed as it was displaying a blue screen of death, saying it was had to fix a drive and just restart, but restarting it just brought you back to the screen. They reinstalled Windows, but installed V10, instead of V11 which was on it and never called, texted, or emailed to let me know it was finished.

The people I interacted with were both helpful and explained the problems with my computer. Computer is now performing very well.

Had my computer going great after a spill under it. Very grateful for it and in barely two days at the most! Then they helped me with the CD player which I couldn't get to it as I did in Windows 7 now that I had changed to Windows 10. An icon was installed that takes me directly to it with no hassle!
