Good options to charge batteries
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice charging unit works great but wish they used different colored lights yellow for charging green for charged. The white lights are distracting since they face you while using the Xbox One.

Not for the Xbox One S
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. No where on the BestBuy App does it say that this product can't be used with the "S" model Xbox One. Also, I wasn't informed by the Geek Squad that I wouldn't be able to use the product as intended because it blocks the game disc access. So, now I get to bring the item back and look for one that will work. It appears it will work great for the standard model XboxOne though.

Great add on for older model Xbox One
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This charger connects to the side USB port and stream lines with the look and feel of the xbox. The chargers comes with two batteries that last for at least 10 straight hours of gaming. Its also equip with a front facing usb port so you're not losing out on the port the charger connects to. Easy to use and very affordable compared to other dual battery chargers. The batteries fit nice and easy into the back of the controllers. I would definitely recommend this product if you're looking for rechargeable batteries for you xbox one.

Good product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It charges two batteries very quickly, and the batteries seem to hold a charge as well as the Microsoft brand that come with the charge and play. The only downside is that you cannot use the Microsoft batteries with this charger. But the charger comes with two batteries so you don't really need to use the other ones anyway.

NOT Designed for XBOX ONE S!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review....with that in mind this is still a very excellent buy for any Xbox One controller owner. Although I did learn after purchasing that there is specifically a model designed and designated for the Xbox One S variant ,that takes into account its front-facing USB port, I chose to keep this item & with the use of any of innumerable mobile device chargers that I've amassed , & i'm able to Always have at least one of the 2 included battery packs fully charged and at the ready for a quick swap out... Simple design that works & a great value find for any xbox one controller user (xbox one /one s /windows 10 pc)
I would recommend this to a friend
Q: QuestionDoes is work with the official Microsoft Play & Charge Kit batteries?I already own the official Microsoft Play & Charge Kit. I was wanting to know if it will charge those batteries as well?
Asked by AzBat360.
- A:Answer It does! The Microsoft batteries charge just as quick and last just as long when charged using the device. The only difference is the insignia batteries have indicators on them to tell you which way to put the batteries in. The Microsoft ones don't so you'll end up putting them in a few different ways before they lock into place.

Q: QuestionDoes it ruin the battery to leave it in the charger after its charged?
Asked by retiredrails.
- A:Answer Nope, it states in the details that it doesn't cause any negative side effects for leaving a fully charged battery in the pack. My spare battery stays in it and the battery capacity hasn't changed yet. Very pleased.

Q: QuestionI just recently bought these. When I plug them into my remote after a full charge, it only displays that they are 75 percent full. Is this normal?
Asked by HamJamFam.
- A:Answer Yes, I have the same issues. If the product wasn't so cheap I would return them, but it gets the job done, but the drain on these are just atrocious.

Q: Questionled battery indicatorJust received my battery pack, plugged into xbox for few hours and light indicator does not light up. Does this mean I received bad batteries or charger led indicator not working? I tried it on remote controller and turned on but didn't use it. Just wondering if this has happened to others with the led indicator? thanks
Asked by Josh.
- A:Answer I have two sets of these. One for each system we have. Both of lit up from day one. Maybe try unplugging the unit from the XB1 and remove the battery packs. Plug the charger back in and make sure it's snug and cannot be pushed in any further. Re insert the packs and see if it works. They should light up with the system on or off as long as the XB1 has power to the power plug. If not then swap for another setup at BBY.
