A: Yes, you can set the resolution to 2560 x 1440. However, I find that using the recommended resolution of 3840 x 2160 and setting the scale to 300% works very well.
Q: Is the screen anti-glare? Do you see your reflection in it or not?
A: This monitor has a flat, matte finish. It gives no reflection whatsoever. I have my computer set up where my back faces a southern window, and the monitor gets full light. There is no glare at all for this set up.

Q: What kind of display is on the right side of the monitor?
A: That's the palettes from Adobe Photoshop, I guess to illustrate that this monitor can be used for professional photo editing, which I believe the colors are close enough that it can. There is no permanent menu, or anything else on the screen except what you put there with your software. I use mine most for digital audio workstation and viewing videos and pictures, and it looks great.
