• A:Answer This Canon G6020 All-in-One Printer comes with one bottle (70 ml) each of Cyan, Yellow and Magenta ink which will fill the color ink tanks. It also includes three bottles (170 ml each) of black ink. That will fill the black ink tank and give you two refills. You have enough ink for 18,000 pages of black ink and 7,700 pages of color documents included with the printer!

Q: QuestionDoes Canon make a comparable printer to the G6020 that does NOT have automatic shutoff. Would be very inconvenient to have to go to the printer and turn it on prior to printing, especially since alot of projects will be sent from my iPhone.

• A:Answer No need to buy another printer, on the G6020 Turning on Printer Automatically You can enable the printer to turn on automatically when printing data is sent to the printer. Check that printer is turned on. Press the Setup button. The Setup menu screen is displayed. Select ECO settings and then press the OK button. Select EnergySaveSettings and then press the OK button. Select Auto power on and then press the OK button. Select ON and then press the OK button. Have not tried it with an iphone but works with everything else I have.

Q: QuestionThis printer is awesome. But my main concern is that the printheads will eventually go bad. Where do you get the replacements? I cannot find them anywhere including the USA Canon Website. This should be everyone's concern if they plan on buy this.

• A:Answer THE PRINT HEADS ARE AVAILABLE ONLY FROM CANON AT THIS POINT. YOU CAN CONTACT THEM DIRECT BUT THEY MAY BE BACKORDERED. I HAD TO WAIT OVER A MONTH FOR MINE TO ARRIVE.

• A:Answer I can’t answer for card stock but I use this printer primarily for labels (hundreds of pages per month) and it does a terrific job of them. This is my second printer, I had major problems with the first one so I ended up replacing it and I have had no problems since. If you use the back feed, be sure your pages are straight or it can jam and that’s where the trouble begins. I use photos on many of my labels and the quality is excellent.
