- Answer All fans will make some noise, like a hum in the background. Other than that, mine is quiet, even when the compressor starts up.

- Answer Stabdard plug but larger so need to positions it in a way that it doesnt block other plugs. It has a breaker on the plug.

QuestionA/C unit is less than 1 year old. The outside cabinet and window opening are very rusty from water being slung by the fan - see pics. I have pulled the drain plug but doesn't seem to help. I doubt it will last another season. What's the solution?

- Answer It might be on eco mode or has hit the desired temperature. Also the display turns off to save electricity, but if you touch any button it will turn back on.

QuestionI need to install this unit in my wall. What are the exact measurements of the back of this unit? It says 14 1/2 length, does that include the trim at the top that the window sits on? I need the measurements of the back where it’s vented.

- Answer Hello! Thanks for reaching out. The unit's dimensions are:14 1/2 H x 19 W x 19 13/16 D. For a standard double window, the Minimum/ Maximum Window Opening Height is 14 9/16 inches. The Minimum Window Opening Width is 25 inches and the Maximum Window Opening Width is 36 5/8 inches.
