A:AnswerThank you for the question. No, the Smart Tank 7602 has one paper input tray. You'll need to remove the paper and insert the envelope(s) in its place.
A:AnswerHello, Yes, I have experienced this issue, not often, but when it does, I turn Power Off, Unplug, wait a few minutes then plug it back in and turn on. This has always worked for me. Also, from my experience, if you put to much paper in, this will happen, try using less paper when printing from the top.
If none of those things work, reach out to HP customer service, I have always received good service from them.

A:AnswerYes. The HP Smart Tank 7602 printer does require a landline connection for fax functionality. It needs to be connected to a working phone line to send and receive faxes properly. However, if you don’t have a landline, you can use HP Mobile Fax through the HP Smart app to send faxes.

A:AnswerHello,
To print to the HP Smart Tank 7602 wirelessly from an Android device such as a smartphone, we highly recommend using the free HP Smart app on that device. The only requirement is that both devices must be on the same Wi-Fi network. It is not possible to use an Android device to print using a USB cable

A:AnswerThe HP Smart Tank 7602 supports media sizes up to 8.5 x 14 inches. For thickness, it accommodates:
Plain paper: 16 to 28 lb
Envelopes: 20 to 24 lb
Cards: Up to 110 lb
Photo paper: Up to 66 lb
Heavier papers like cards and photo paper may require more ink for high-quality results
A:AnswerIt is very easy to set up if you have Windows. Since I have Linux due to my job and currently have no expert in Linux, I can't connect to the printer. I have to send the file to my phone to print.
