The oven is good. A bit small. But best it could do for the space. It’s very advanced. Has air fryer, convection oven and traditional oven. I most like the skill of the installers. They have to custom cut the cabinets to fit the oven. They did a great job!

The team from Escobar Brothers was nothing less than amazing. My very old KitchenAid side-by-side was very tall and weighed 700 plus lbs. Install of new Cafe refrigerator, KitchenAid dishwasher and haul-away was done in 4 hours.

The two gentlemen that delivered my new fridge and remove the old one. We’re very polite, courteous understanding, and careful with my property. Couldn’t ask for two nicer guys.

Excellent! The team was perfect. Moved swiftly but safely getting both washer and dryer out of what I thought would be a tricky location. But they were awesome! Had these disconnected and out of the lower floor in no time. Impressed!

The delivery team members were AWESOME. Arrived on time, friendly , courteous and professional all the way. Were extremely careful with both the stove and assuring wood floors were not getting damaged. Cleaned up all the packaging. When they left it was like nothing had ever happened - except I had a new stove in the kitchen!

I was a little surprised that they took it away the day of delivery, since I had read that doesn't always happen.

The installer was excellent. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. The new wall oven didn't quite fit so he had to cut the opening. Looks great!

The two guys loaded up our old dishwasher and the old stove quickly. It would've been a difficult task for my husband and i to get Them on the truck then find a place to dispose of it. Probably wouldn't have cost as much but we would have had to load them, then take it there as well as pay. Would definitely do this again.

Earlier to haul away they take $25 but now it’s $49.99 .but in New Jersey we will get money back from $100-$150

Installers were quick and clean. They actually removed the old unit and replaced it inside of 20 minutes. they were courteous and friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. They arrived when they said they would and were very professional.

Took apart my old dishwasher and removed it. No problems!

The 2 gentlemen who delivered and hauled away were great. The first use of the washer scared us to death. It sounded like it was going to blow up. Had to call Home choice warranty and set up a repair call.

He took the old dishwasher out and mopped up the water that the dishwasher still had in it as he took it out!

Everything went extremely well. Service people were on time and did an excellent job. All completed within an hour.

Best Buy is really good at delivery! Also if item is damaged they will handle it there and then.

Took a couple of attempts. Evidently the first scheduled exchange Team had an accident and an injury prior to arrival. I called to find out where they were and learned call was cancelled. An hour later, I received a text they were going to arrive an hour and 1/2 in the past.

The stove was delivered and installed and has worked perfectly since. We are very happy with it.
