very good quality, easy to set up; printer is just a bit slow to print but seems very reliable.

Was a deal of the day and was leary in purchase. But so far prints ok. Still havent done any photos. Easy setup.

This printer is reasonably fast printing for an inkjet printer and has very large ink cartridges. I’ve owned this printer for 8 months and I have not had to replace ink cartridges yet and I’m still using the starter ink cartridges that the printer comes with even though I purchased an xxl set of ink when I bought the printer.

I selected this printer after thorough review online and Best Buy offered a very user friendly way of purchase and pickup. Pickup was simple and employees were efficient and friendly. also was able to use Best buy's recycling service and I dropped off my old Epson printer for recycling with no hassle. Your Elkridge operation is well run and staffed.

For the price you can't beat this one!! For an ink jet, the print is clear; it fits nicely in my little office.

This printer is everything it says!!! Easy to set up! Easy to use! Prints beautifully! And it just happened to be on sale the day I went back to order it!!! Bonus!!!! I would’ve paid the full price! The help was excellent! I was greeted while in line, led to the printer, (it was then that he scanned it and we saw it was $50 cheaper!!!!) He rang me up and I was out the door! Much Appreciated!!!

My son set up the installation states it was easy. The ink tank allows me not to be afraid of printing and running out of ink. Great prints and I can send docs from my laptop, iPad or phone. I did my research prior too and have never regretted this purchase. As a university teacher, the features on this printer have saved the day during the pandemic.

I have been using the Brother MFC-J995DW for the past month in my small business office. The set-up went very smoothly and I love how quickly it prints. When I hit print it prints rather than going through a cleaning cycle first. I love the design on the ink tanks which should prevent me from ordering ink cartridges all the time. Seems like a winner!

We love our new printer. After having it for over a year I can say it works very well. The wireless feature is great & works with all our devices with no trouble. The ink cartridge system is a nice design the is proving to be more economical than previous inkjet. The scanner, fax & copy features are great additions. I would recommend this printer if you need a new all in one.

This printer was very easy to set up. Getting the unit to work with Apple was a non-event. The printer wakes up every time it receives a print command and never loses connection to the network. The last 5 years with my HP has been torture: it dropped off the network at random and required constant rebooting. I highly recommend this Brother model.

This printer was pretty cheap and does all I ask of it. The kids and I can print and scan to and from it wirelessly or by wire. The ink that came with it is lasting a long time. Usually the ink that comes with a printer last for about 10 pages. I was used to color laser printers, so the quality of the color and black printing from this printer looks old school compared to laser, but it is cheaper and adequate.

I’ve had several printers over the years and all have had issues with the ink cartridges. They’ve quickly run out of ink or dried out if the printer was not used for any period of time. But this printer is a great purchase! The cartridges are long lasting and of good quality. I’m very pleased with the purchase.

I was little hesitant to spend the extra money for MFC considering other in the market for cheaper price. And I did not truly believed that the ink will last for a year. I was proven wrong the product is great, I have been using it for couple of month now and the ink level still on full. Quality is great no complain love the print over Wi-Fi feature no need for wires or cables. Just turn on the machine and it will do the rest.
