Amazing printer. Fast. Really cool and big touchscreen. Easy to use. The biggest thing to note about this printer vs other options is that it comes with a standard cartridge (yields 3,100 Pages) whereas competing options only come with "starter" cartridges (about 700pg yield).

Well packed. Easy setup. Lots of options. Some i do not even know what they are yet. Prints directly from phones with minimal effort if needed. Switched from a junky HP when the HP could not connect to the new router we installed. This Canon blows holes through that HP.

This was easily set up by a great Geek Swat techie. It would have been a little challenging for us to do on our own, mainly the wieless connection and adding a second printer to the IMac. Just dont always have the patience for figuring out how a new device works.. Its new, but seems fine. Once set up, very easy to use. We wanted copying and scaning capabilities, and that has worked well. It is a larger than most, and quite heavy, but again, the copying and scanning seem well designed ane easy to use.

Very easy set up. Comes with a disc to load the driver on your computer or you can do it online. Up and running in about 5 minutes. Excellent print quality that you would expect from a laser printer. Quiet operation. Love it!

An excellent printer at a great price! It's fast and the prints are high quality. I like that it's silent in between printing. The only negative was setting up the wireless drivers and I couldn’t find much help online or from the manual, but I don't think this is uncommon. On the plus side, I was able to get immediate help from their phone tech support, who knew immediately what i needed and stepped me through the process, which fixed the problem. I am very happy with this purchase!

For what my wife and I need and use believe this was a very good purchase. Setup is basically very simple. It is fast, easy to manage and gives us excellent printed documents. Unless you truly need color printing or send faxes I cannot see most individuals needing anything beyond this printer. A great value for the price.

It’s a plain Jane monochrome printer. Not the easiest interface, but it is larger than most. If all you need is black on white text, it does that well. While it is kind of loud and crude about it, you can feed a single envelope or legal size sheet one at a time.

Excellent copier, able to send fax, easy instructions when you install, one day my paper go stuck and the printer give me step by step how to fix it. The original toner only print you a few pages but is easy to order toner, overall a hood machine.

This is a top quality printer at a very good price! Laser/toner cartridge printing is so much better than ink cartridges that are costly, dry out and require constant replacement. Print capacity (# pages) with the laser is exceptional. I'm not that techy but with a quick review of the online user guide, I was able to get the printer online and working in no time. Print quality is excellent. Ordering from Best Buy was easy, packaging was secure and Fed Ex delivery was very professional. I had a great experience all around and I appreciate that. Thank you

I just wanted a printer to print documents. I have always had color printers but got tired of buying new cartridges and having the ink run low without even using the color print option. Love the all in one functions. I am not loving the printer not staying on the correct IP address for the wifi. Thank god for canon tech support. The tech hopefully fixed the problem but it took almost 2 hours. Glad I called before returning the printer. Prints clean and clear documents and prints quickly. I have not tried double sided printing yet. Would not have paid full price for this printer. I did purchase on sale and used some of my points.

If you want a wifi printer look elsewhere. First would not recognize paper tray and then gave error message when trying to print. I hardwired a printer cable and it works fine. Almost took it back but it meets me needs as a cabled printer. Wifi does not work.

So far after about 3 months use following the heart-breaking of busting my trust Canon ImageClass MF4150 that I have probably had for at least 15 years or more due to a unretrievable paper jam.., I have been shocked and awed... I simply used the Mobile Hotspot on my Samsung S9+ which is how I access internet - and miraculously it all actually works. The printer is stored in a different room a good 15 - 20' away.... I did follow the set-up/connection directions meticulously including through the very last and essential step which I missed the first time through - as there were so many parts for a non-tech savvy older fellow. The duplex capability is amazing. I use one of the document scan set on photo - and the results are great. No complaints - other than I remain terrified how this can work without a cable - always wondering when "the end" will come.

This is a great value unit with only one caveat I can think of. Printing is plenty fast and good quality. Scanning is quick with a document feeder and double side scan option (software setting). Sharing works well among several computers. The only drawback I see is the software, which suggests (by inference only) that due to the printer communicating back to desktops it needs to live on a firewalled network, not exposed to the internet. No software update mechanism seen for either automatic or manual updates as security problems are found.
