    The best in home service. I dont know what I would do without the Geek squad. The technician solved 2 problems that I didn’t realize were related and saved me lots of money stopping me from putting in expensive equipment I didn’t need.

    Took my almost new laptop in because it had gotten a virus. The Geek Squad was unable to repair the laptop, so because I am a Total Tech member, the laptop was replaced with a new one

    The Geek squad came to my 92 yr old fathers apartment and put word perfect back on his computer that the online person accidentally deleted. He was gone in 30 min and what a nice gentleman he was.

    The geek squad genius came to my home, and I was very comfortable with him there. He was polite, friendly, and all business. He was unable to reinstall my HP envy printer, which I have been able to do so I have been without a printer for a while I will have to have HP do it.
