    After Cable installers upgraded my internet, I was left without connectivity to my network printer. Technician arrived on time and, within minutes, had connectivity reestablished and three computers reconfigured. I was impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the technician.

    The Geek Squad tech solved my TV streaming issues by adding a Roku Express device to the my tv. He even went the extra mile, literally, of going back to the store to get the needed device.
