Geek Squad did excellent work on my computer. They installed new fan and installed a couple of new programs.

The men who delivered my new 65" TV did a great job in setting it up and showed me a few new things. Both very professional and informative. They also hauled away my old set. Many thanks to them both!

The agent was here twice. My PC is running a little better, but still freezes, can't pull up internet sites sometimes. Printing is better. Still need to restart the PC several times a day. I'm told to bring it into the store. This has been going on for a year. I have had Geek Squad on line do their thing several times, and in the store also. Not happy, and now the warranty has run out.

hi - as I said in earlier contacts, things have ben going on well - until a couple of days ago when I tried to link into the pdf reader. it says that it hasn't been installed & files continue to come in as spam. also - the 'Microsoft acct' wants a password reset. does someone have to come back? or can these be repaired online? thanks, Gail B

I was surprised it was all done in my home and I didn't have to take it to the store.

Montgomery fixed my home network and connected two older printers that needed new drivers. Despite several problems getting everything working, he kept at it until everything was working correctly. No way I could have got this done without him.

They very quickly installed the interface between both my computer and phone with my newly purchased printer. I was also having trouble with my phone and they said they couldn't fix it.

He was very expert and connected the printer to the internet and showed me how to print from the computer in a few minutes

The agent that came to my home worked diligently to fix my gaming computer problem. As he needed more time, he made arrangements to return with a longer appointment.

I have a several time problems and I call them. All my problems was a solved. I'm happy with this service.

Agent repaired my air printer. Also connected my blue tooth mouse to my keyboard.

?? Not sure the TV was connected to all devices. They weren't very good in showing me how to use the various remotes. (3) It took me some time to switch from a movie back to the TV. Still sometimes takes me two or three tries. Do know the time on the TV is not correct!! PC service is better. So are the people that work the counter in the store.

Joshua Fix is as nice as can be. He is efficient and helped me get my printer back online and working. At my request he showed me how to position some fixtures or characters on my computer.

Daniel was fantastic, he was patient and explained things to us in a way that was easy to understand.

Made it easy for me . We discussed my options and everything needed to get me started with my 75” Sony tv and SONOS sound system. We also discussed setting up the DVD player, Harmony remote hub and cable box in another room to declutter area under tv. Great job Geek Squad
