the agent did a check up on my Desk top and got rid of more junk, it really help speed up my computer.

The agent replenished the ink supply in my printer and showed me how to print documents which have been saved on the computer,

MY computer had a virus. The agent came to my home to repair my computer, he could not do what needed to be done at my home. His recommendation I needed to take to the Geek Squad at the store. They repaired it within three days.

Geek Squad sent out David Barajas to help me with software and hardware issues on my iMac. We were good to go in less than an hour. Linksys Whole Home Wifi working now, antivirus running and computer did not have a real virus threat as the blatant message said it did!
