The agent helped me find the right ink and ordered it for me, found the right part for the TV Extender and helped with my phone and did the paperwork and was the most pleasant and helpful young man.

The Geek Squad representative call that he was on his way, arrived on time and helped correct the issues I was having with my new Dell desk top computer and some issues with Windows 10 software. He was polite and explained everything he was doing.

I never used the phone and virtual repair part of Geek squad. I usually brought something in but I granted them access to my computer and they fixed my printer issue over the phone. Good job!

I was surprised it was all done in my home and I didn't have to take it to the store.

We took both of our desk top computers in to have them check for viruses and remove the old virus programs. Best Buy installed their virus program but did not remove the old ones. The main computer is still slow, but better than it was.
