    The tech was very professional & kept in touch as we both had timing issues on that date. He was able to resolve my computer issues. He was unable to resolve my printer issue. He did direct me who I might call to aid me in my printer issue.

    We took both of our desk top computers in to have them check for viruses and remove the old virus programs. Best Buy installed their virus program but did not remove the old ones. The main computer is still slow, but better than it was.
