    The tech support was very good. Got my IPhone, IPad and desk top in sync. Set backup automatically. Put some of my folders on desktop, easy to get to.

    Agent came out to check why the cursor on my computer disappeared.. He was able to get it back on for me.. However when I asked him about other issues I was having like screen lighting up on bottom 2 corners of my Dell computer,he said he could Only help me with the one issue he came out for He said he would have to charge me for any other issue... I am not too happy about that.. I bought both my Dell comouters from Best Buy and I expected more from this agent...

    the guys know what they are doing -- came in and did the work i asked and showed me how they did it so i could fix myself if problem happened again. also did alittle cleanup when noticed something didnt look right
