The Geek Squad technician arrived at my residence promptly and serviced my computer and advised me about components and apps to install and/or download.

Geek Squad helped restore my iPads to factory defaults so I could start over after losing my credentials.

Had the Geek Squad out to check our Apple. Did a thorough scan and saw that we needed to upgrade our ram. Ordered the part and helped me thru the install and now it is working better than ever.

They worked on my printer with the Internet wasn’t connecting to it so they came by and hook everything up to my phone to my phones they did a good job

The requested help was for two computers to be able to cross communicate. End-result computers can "see" each other but unable to share their files even though all sharting permissions were given both as users and administrators. The tech tried hard and attained help from more seasoned tech but neither could achieve desired result and purpose for the request.
