I was happy with most of the help I got from store employees. I eventually got an appointment for the Geek Squad to come to my residence All is good now, I will still shop at BEST BUY.

He kept me updated and arrived in that timeframe. My wife said he was polite and setup my computer quickly.

The agent examined my computers for security after a fraud attempt, and made adjustments. Now I can go online again with confidence.

This was the best service I have I am very happy geek squad customer they have great employees and they make you feel valued

The agent tried to restore my computer and recover as much as possible. A local cyber "expert" did a recovery and my computer was a mess. Your agent's work was adequate but left some things confusing for me, but 90% better then it was. My only complaint is when I asked if my anti-virus program was still installed, he said that Best Buy had their own, free for Geek Squad members. He tried to download it, but was not getting the authorization code. He had other appointments and told me what to do when it came through. It never did, I called several times, got the run around and a month later never got the code or heard from him. This is my only gripe with the service. The tech who hooked up my TV weeks before was the best. I wish I would have been asked to give him a review.

They came out and set up our landline to screen incoming calls. We were very pleased with the service that was provided to us.
