    Agent installed desktop and computer. Had difficulty with working on keyboard. Another agent came and fixed issue. Again, hard difficulty with computer. Called to get help - on hod for 1 1/2 hour. Did not wait. Called again and had to wait three days for help. I needed it NOW. Called someone else who came the same day and fixed the problem. Geek Squad agent arrived three days later. Was upset with the set up and left angry.
