Disappointed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been a Total Tech customer for several years but have noticed a decline in the willingness of the Geek Squad reps. recently to completely assess potential problems. My first experiences were with a rep named Chris who was the tech sent to my home for the first few years. I haven’t seen Chris now for the past year (3-4 visits?) and I miss his dedication to finding and resolving problems. It seems that the other reps. are in a hurry and more concerned with getting to the next appointment. For the first time, I am considering not renewing my membership since I am told that I cannot request reps. by name when making an appointment.
