    I SCHEDULED A SERVICE APPOINTMENT TO INSTALL A NEW RECEIVER IN MY HOME THEATRE SYSTEM. THE APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE. THE DAY BEFORE I WAS GIVEN A 4 HOUR WINDOW FROM 12 TO 2. AFTER WAITING ALL MORNING THE ARRIVAL WINDOW WAS CHANGED TO 1:00 to 5:00. At 4:00, IT WAS CANCELLED. WHEN I CALLED TO RESCHEDULE, THEY SAID IT HAD BEEN CANCELLED BECAUSE THE INCORRECT PRICE FOR THE SERVICE HAD BEEN ENTERED ON THE ORDER. WHEN I COMPLAINED THAT THIS WAS NOT MY FAULT, THEY OFFERED TO RESCHEDULE 5 DAYS LATER. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I FEEL THAT MY WHOLE DAY HAS BEEN WASTED! GEEK SCUAD SERVICE USED TO BE BETTER. I'M WAITING FOR A CALL BACK FROM A SUPERVISOR! I'LL BE COMPLAINING ALL THE WAY UP TO THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE UNTIL THEY RESCHEDULE MY SERVICE APPOINTMENT WITHOUT ANOTHER 5 DAY WAIT. IF FEEL ABUSED AND NOT VALUED AS A CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!
