    The Tech spent close to 2 hours trying to fix the problem but was unable to - nor lack of trying. She went above and beyond trying and helped me prepare to take the computer in to the store.

    I had several issues and they did have to come back and then I ended up having to take it in. However, when they got it fixed, all my files were there and someone came back to the house to be sure everything was the way it was before they had to reinstall Windows. They did a great job.
