    The agents were fine. It is the scheduling that is a problem. They canceled the morning of and rescheduled without checking with me, then were brutal getting a date that actually worked. They then switched the tech with poor notes as to what happened on the prior meeting.

    My desktop won't boot up. On 12/14/21 I called for the earliest appointment to have a tech come to repair. Not happy that the earliest appointment was 1/7/22, but accepted it. Appt window was set as 7 am - 1 pm. On 1/6/22 a computer generated phone call came in to remind me of the scheduled appt. Set my alarm to arise early, wait and wait and wait until 2 pm, then call to find out what's up. Service rep says "Oh, it appears that due to Covid protocol, we have to reschedule. Note says that email advice was sent to you on 1/4/22". Uh, no. Checked my inbox, my spam and my trash. No email. And then again, if it had been sent, why did I receive a reminder call on 1/6/22 to make sure I was ready for my 1/7 appt?? OK, when can I get a rescheduled appt? Earliest available is now 1/20/22. Really???
