    The Geek came to my home to make sure My Win dows 10, New HPPC, was working properly. I had some questions on how my Google was working with windows because I don't deal with Microsoft and had been having some problems. He told me that due to COVD he couldn't help me with that and that was a company policy. My contract with you said help....what am I payiing $200 a year for if he can't come to my house and help me. He told me I could uninstall it and b ring it in.....I am 78 years old and when I originally bought this it was because old computer needed to be started back up and at that time I was able to get someone to help me get it back in the house and reconnected. Never used it again un til I called when I got this new HP wit h Windows 10 When I called at that time they said I didn't have an account that they could find. That made no sense> It was an automatic payment and I had n ot used it at all. W When I called to ma ke the appointmen it took customer service almost 45 min and I was looking at the charge, etc. Not happy that I have this contract that I have told many other older friends about. If I cannot get a Geek I think I am do my money back.
