    Overal rating for tech who came to my home is 5 Stars. He was perfect for what I needed. Polite, knowledgable and friendly. Cust. Service was tewrrible. I had membership with Best Buy Total, paid $179 for it and was still active. Unfortunately, I had to pay an additiobnal $103.99 in order to have a tech come out. Supposedly a new rules! I feel cheated, considering I paid a total of $283 for that single visit. Ironically, I received an email for signing up again for the Best Buy Total for another $179. After the treatment I received this April, I cancelled the account and Best Buy doesn't seem to care. I'm done with Best Buy!

    The tech Carl A Robinson was extremely helpful, however we can no longer access our security cameras. He did not connect them to the new router. Now we have to have an agent come out again. That means a trip to the Local Best Buy, very inconvenient, to set up and appointment.
