I spoke with three separate individuals who each punted me to the next; none of which seemed to have any knowledge of the previous conversations. None had any information of my prior service ticket (this was a follow-up for a failed service two weeks prior). The final worker, Rahul Singh, took remote control of the computer for about 90 minutes, doing routine tune-ups that others had already done. When that didn't work, he abruptly ended the call. Nothing has been solved, two hours were wasted and I have no abilty to contact this person.

I still DON'T have a working printer.

When I came to Best Buy and bought my new printer, I was not told I would have to have a new cord to get it to working. So, needless to say, when Geek Squad came to connect my new printer and load all my old files onto my new computer, the printer will not print with this old cord. Between my computer, printer and Best Buy, I have been without a printer and computer for over 2 months.

That is a far cry from the shopping experience we wanted for you. Geeks visited our home to help us correct some computer and iPad issues. They promised to phone us the next week to check how these matters were progressing, but never did phone and never returned our phone message. Some issues were corrected, but some were not and actually a few got worse.

Couldn't repair my PC at my local BB, they sent it to their repair center. After three weeks, still at their repair center and I can't get status. Called the Geek Squad three separate times and was assured someone would call me back within the hour--it never happened three separate times. Also, they said an email would be sent with status and it never was, three separate times. Went to my local BB in person to get status, they couldn't provide any. SMH.

Geek squad moved contacts and pics from old cell phone to new one in the store, but couldn't help with cause my data was being used up to fast or with how use my android phone. I was told they didn't have cell phone experts in store. Suggested I schedule cell phone help, at home. When tech arrived he said he couldn't help and Geek squad doesn't have experts to help with cell phone except for transfering from old phone to new one. Unless I bought my phone from Best Buy. Then the cell phone sales people can help. It was a wasted appointment and not how I understood my contract options.

Took my computers in for annual maintenance in July 2022. Started having problems scanning and printing, so i scheduled in- home appointment in December 2022 to resolve issue. Issue temporarily resolved and still having problems!

Google nest going in & out on almost daily basis. On 2 occasions Geek came out but since Nest worked that day they could not do anything. Nest "Home" says I have a weak connection.
