    When I made my appointment with the geek squad I informed them that it might be a graphics card and to put that into the record. They put it in the record but the technician did not come prepared with a card. All he did was two things. 1. He confirmed that it had nothing to do with cables 2. As he didn’t have a card nor did Best Buy have a reasonably priced one in stock, he was able to advise me what I needed to purchase. He further advised me that if they had came back to install it I would be charged another in-home fee. My opinion is that since he didn’t come prepared with a card nor did he finish the job, I shouldn’t be charged another fee. However, my neighbor was able to come over and install the card for me.

    Google nest going in & out on almost daily basis. On 2 occasions Geek came out but since Nest worked that day they could not do anything. Nest "Home" says I have a weak connection.

    I purchased this service online. Then, you speak with someone who gets your appointment set. It was for a Saturday morning 8-12. They gave me a purchase number which they sent to my email. I printed it all off for my records. They didn't show up! I called in and gave them my order # which they claimed they didn't have in the computer. They told me to come to the store to straighten it out. I checked my credit card, and that's when I found it had been charged on the date that I placed the order and had set up the time. We got the charge removed from the card. If I had wanted to go to the store, I would not have ordered in-home service. Part of my problem was that my Surface Pro 4 (which I bought at Best Buy) was not "talking" to my Printer. Meanwhile, I lost an entire Saturday morning waiting for them to show up, and lost more time spent at the Credit Union to have the charge removed. I've complained, but I never heard back from anyone.

    Changing appointments at the last minute is somewhat upsetting. If I did not check my emails, I would not know it was changed. Other than that the Geek Squad is quite helpful.

    Appreciate their service, but they left without completing the task, ask me to go online and download, and compete task. Scheduled another tech. I'm sure they will get it right.

    I had an order for an in-home service call from the Geek Squad for 2 1/2 weeks and received a text that said I’m here. This is a man’s name and I was looking out the window and nobody was there and when I followed the link online it says oh you need to schedule an appointment I had an appointment. I returned from out of state to be able to be here for that appointment then I held on the phone for 30 minutes and talk to two different people who could not help me. Had to reschedule the appointment. Totally totally bad service.

    When I called to schedule and told them that I worked Monday through Friday. They still scheduled me for a weekday and never offered a Saturday. But the guy who came over was awsome.

    Geek did get printer to print, At first, when I arrived home it would not print. I called technician he walked me through a few steps then asked how old printer was and suggested it might be time for a new one. I fiddled around with it some more and after unplugging everything and then replugging, it worked; but it won't scan and its icon on home page doesn't connect to it...camera was already in place, but we didn't know where to connect to computer. Geek did that but never set it up to work...the random spinning of emails and web browser pages was not fixed as it continues.

    Tech was very nice and told me issue was fixed, but did not completely fix the issue. My printer only prints some things and my computer is slower than ever now! I am not very happy at this point as I rely on this computer for my job.

    The guy that was sent out to fix my wife's computer was very nice and tried to solve the issues with her desktop computer...the real problem came 2 days later when the problems came back he told her to call him if any questions came up , problem is he never gave his number to her...Since he was a private company working for BB no one seems to know who came out for her to contact to get it fixed right. This run around is the same thing that they at Best buy have used on us instore but never really fixing the problems...
