    3 trips to Best Buy for computer problems. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved. Waited a number of days for an appointment with a technician who finally got our computer up and running. That person was great!

    I thought I already did a review They got a lot of things up to date but called my printer a quicken printer so I had to load my HP officejet printer so things would print I don't know if I still have web root need to check that out

    I scheduled appointment the end of February to connect my home theater system back up. The appointment I was given was Wednesday, March 22nd. Geek squad sent a computer technician. After an hour of working on the system and a second trip to my home. I ended back where I started with system setup. I don't blame the computer technician. The fault is with Geek squad. Had Geek squad sent a home theater specialist the first time and told me I needed updated receiver. I wouldn't have wasted a whole day.

    In store assistance is hit or miss.

    Some instore members are just not as good as others. It's hit or miss to get a knowledgeable tech. Online support is generally better. I've had one inhome service call and the techs told me everything was fixed but left me with an email mess. ONline had to resolve it. Took several more hours.

    Geek Squad resolved update issues with my pc

    The technician that came out as very knowledgeable and friendly. The only issue was that the store screwed up the time slot which was supposed to be in the morning and they accidentally booked it for afternoon so I had to adjustment my whole schedule to make it work.

    I have this new computer but there is no way to bring up a program that will allow me to type a letter and I have spent hours trying to do it. How does the little door for a CD open?

    Bobby fixed the soundbar which had stopped working with no obvious explanation, and tried to remedy the other problem,( improperly connected headphones). He said he needed a second technician to remove TV from wall.

    Installation of a Brother printer.
