    I have this new computer but there is no way to bring up a program that will allow me to type a letter and I have spent hours trying to do it. How does the little door for a CD open?

    Installation of a Brother printer.

    The setup of the printer resulted in the printer not working correctly. Also, the printer doesn't always work quickly even now, a month later.

    Had to come out twice to fix same problem, but both people that came out were knowledgeable and kind, although they contradicted each other on fixing my Ring devices. Still having some issues with connectivity...

    Not happy at all with the process! I was inconvenienced twice when i got messages that my computer was completed and even scheduled appts for. TERRIBLE PHONE COSTUMER SERVICE!! When i did finally get it in and picked it up 5 weeks later, the guys were very confused because they thought it wasn't repaired and had to send it back but it was repaired!!

    I never had so much trouble getting in home tech service. The first time was July 11th when the tech never showed up nor never called. Now today, July 17th, I was scheduled for another in home appointment and I've been told after calling the 1-800 number that a tech would not be showing up again.

    On my fifth attempt, I was able to schedule a geek squad visit for two weeks from now. I was disconnected by computer once and by phone twice, but the people I spoke with did well.

    Needed to have my TV system to be RESET to where I could control everything with my Firestick remote. Firestick is plugged into HDMI 4. When the TV is powered on I have to use the TV remote to scroll down to find HDMI 4, click it, then it loads my Firestick screen. The Tech was great/nice/courteous and even offered to come back the next day. I declined his offer. Issue went unresolved.

    service man did ok as to making my copy machine with scanner to work with my computer, however as to making my computer work better and faster and not freeze up , he flunked on tis park. Not happy.

    My PC was returned to me in a supposedly ready-to-run condition. Unfortunately the system kept dropping ON and OFF and I had to spend untold numbers of hours to finally get it stabilized.
