In-home service is good. Telephone service leaves a lot to be desired. Most of the time I find there is a problem with foreign accents, which I can not understand.

While the tech was very nice. He yold me the tv wss not connecting to internet because my network wasn't strong enough. I already have a google wifi router with 2 extenders. The one in the next room over says there is a good connection. Also computet in the same room connects wirelessly. It just doesnt make since to me??? But he rcommended installing a wifi. Unfortunatly I was unable to be there and my roommate was there.

I should not have been charged for this service as a totaltech member. I pay enough as it is. I am requesting a refund. When I questioned this I was told that is the only way I can schedule this service. According to the technician that serviced me, I should not have been charged. Why would you send a technician who is not well versed in computer software fixes.

I spent over 3 hours with 2 different techiciasn and one really scewed up my computer. On the third time I begged for someone to come to my house and fix the problem. That person tried, but after a few days, the program popped up again. I cannot send contact lists and he did try.

I called the Geek Squad supervisor several times to set up an at-home appt. but the call was never returned. I did get a hold of a Geek squad agent and he was excellent.

Agent came to my house to help me with my router but I had lost the internet! So he couldn't do anything! I had tried to cancel but because I couldn't give 24 hour notice she wouldn't let me. I got charged $129.99 any how!

The service has changed and not for the better. It took two hours on the phone to get the right appointment..that turned out to be the wrong service. Appointment are no longer covered with Total Tech Support (you just get 20% off). Why spend $$ on total tech support, a total misnomer. Then the agent informed us that the apt was liimited to getting our computers on the network, not addressing the network issue itself (slowness and dark spots in the house) also couldn’t address the Sonos, because it wasn’t that type of appointment…. Agent was nice enough and he did seem to be improve things but the main issues persist.

In home printer set-up. Paid $99.99 on line. When tech left he said I did not pay yet and he charged my bank debit card for $249.99. Then I find out both charges went through the bank. Have been calling customer service for a month and they cannot explain nor find where the extra $249.99 is or why I was charged

Previously, we have had excellent service from the Geek Squad but this visit was a waste of time.
The rep was uninterested in helping me understand what was wrong with my ailing work laptop which needed data transferred to a new one. I had to ask questions every step of the way and received answers that were basic and didn't help. Granted, my old laptop was very slow and gave her trouble trying to retrieve data but she wasn't helpful in explaining the problem and said she couldn't sit here much longer to try. Pretty much couldn't help me. I hired a tech guy from our neighborhood list and he was able to rectify the problem in a short time and get me lined out.
Your rep also didn't have the best hygiene (dirty fingernails) and kept sniffing and clearing her nose and throat while working on my desk.
Again, we usually LOVE the Geek Squad and have always had excellent service in the past, so this is not a reflection on the program. Just a one time fluke.

The guy that was sent to work on my iCloud didn’t seem at all knowledgeable about the product. Total waste of time and money. Didn’t even know much about apple products either. Do not recommend the use of the service.
