We were crystal clear about what we needed done when scheduling our appointment. When the tech arrived he wasn't able to assist in troubleshooting any of the issues. He spent more time telling us what he couldn't do rather than doing anything. He suggested we "take our equipment into the store where they could better assist us". The appointment was a colossal waste of time. This is the third time we have had this happen. The upside is later that afternoon our 12 year old granddaughter came over and resolved most of the problems.

unresolved. Two people came on two different occasions. both came to different conclusions about the problem and said someone would call to schedule a follow up. Never happened. Still can't use several items with wifi.
The first guy was really nice and said he would come back. he contacted me and said he was very sick, so i got the second guy who was pretty rude honestly. real disgruntled IT guy vibes. But this isn't an office dude, were not coworkers. I'm your customer. you shouldn't look down on your costumers, especially when, you couldn't even provide the service i requested.

Best Buy has a policy that does not allow customers to have more than one address. This became a "sticky wicket" when attempting to set-up a secondary computer, purchased at Best Buy by this consumer, at another address. I have never had issues with the Geek Squad but this time it was different. Over the past 5 years I have purchased all of my electronics at Best Buy on my Best Buy credit card, including 3 TVs and 2 Computers including a MacBook Pro. But none of this helped change that policy for this consumer. This was a huge disappointment.

Horrible service! I paid for a color calibration for my monitor and was told they didn’t offer that service upon arrival. I also never got a refund for my service as well. I wouldn’t recommend this to anybody.

I was told the Geeks would install new printers for free as part of Total Teck pkg. Knowing my printer was on its last leg, I purchased a new one while on sale at Best Buy to have when I needed to replace the older one which did give up the ghost in four months. When I requested the installation the Geek told me it was over the time limit from the purchased date and therefore not covered for the free installation. Very unhappy with the Geeks decision!! The printer was brand new!

I had to call several times for the same error message for an Epson printer. It never got resolved, and I feel like I just got passed off to Epson support, who also couldn't fix the error message. Sometimes the answer is, you might need a new printer. Just say that, versus wasting my time, requiring me to call back several times, assuring me you're able to fix my printer issue.

Cancelling this appointment was next to impossible. I was given a service date of July 21. I figured out the problem, and spent nearly two hours until I reached someone to cancel my home service. The Geek Squad still showed up. Told him the problem had been fixed and he left without entering the house. Now I am charged $54.11 for service I did not use. Unable to speak with anyone to remove this from my bill. This
time, I am very disappointed in your service.
Then another time I called Geek squad for help to change my email on my Microsoft account. I waited quite a while for the tech but he did work with my problem. It was corrected, or do we thought. I’m still having problems with my Microsoft 365 account. Again no one to talk to at Microsoft, only chat possibilities.

I need a new one or I need to take to the store and have them do something that will take 4 hours to complete. you guys were the best I have had you for many years. Now I want to someone else and they fixed it. you stole my money.

Geek Squad "installed" software

Salamon showed up and loaded software, did not check it to ensure it was working. Email not working, went to Altamonte store, fixed email issue same day as service. Realize that Word/Excel, etc not working, went to E. Colonial store and Geek Squad could not fix. Waited four hours on 6/11 only to have to go to the store and spend another hour plus driving and then today 6/14, spent another 1.5 hours going to Colonial store with no results. Private IT person said software not loaded correctly, old version not uninstalled before installing new version and hence, why programs not working. It's as if the software was not even downloaded and installed. NOT HAPPY!

I am a geek squad member. I made an appointment for an inhouse visit to fix my computer. After waiting a month, my appointment was canceled by Best Buy. They made me another appointment another month out. This is unacceptable and very disappointing. In the meantime, we have been without a computer for going on two months now.

Service did not happen, I canceled it since your phone person told me you could not help and that it was the ISP provider's issue. He was very rude! He removed the order so I could not see it and I had to call to have it canceled. A female helped me and canceled the order and returned my money. She was great, the male I talked to was rude.
