    NO IT WAS NOT. I didn't cancel and the original schedule went away with you all. I left the house and went to NW Best Buy (great people) to resolve the problem. After getting the appt. set up with a "Kyle" for 0700-0100pm, Received a phone call at 0800pm changing appt to 0800. There for there had to be an eltronic record of the appt to make a change. At the NW BB, there was no appt. BS. New appt made for today. Again not a simple repair when Tech says I can't fix it. 0830, stll no show.

    I had this appointment set up with Geek Squad four noon to 8 PM. I spent the entire afternoon and early evening in my home they never showed up. They never called and to add insult to injury wouldn’t even prioritize me for a follow up and have to wait for them to reschedule me. What a huge disappointment! I have been a fan for a long time and I’ve been a geek squad member for at least a few years I am actually sorry I just renewed two weeks ago.

    Geek Squad turned on my computer and said it was fine. He was here 5 minutes and when I complained about paying $130 for his 5 minute visit he said I should join some sort of "club" for over $100 a year and I would have gotten 25% off of the visit. He was rude.

    My husband waited and waited but after several notifications that they were coming and don’t miss your appointment they never showed up! We still do not have the issue resolved. No one ever even called to say sorry they didn’t make it and no one reached out to us after to apologize or reschedule. Terrible. Honestly whether or not I recommend Geek Squad to friends depends on how someone or anyone responds to this review.

    Hp Computer Network Adaptor Malfunction

    Reloading hp Computer Software at my home unsuccessful; Tech told me if didn't work it is a hardware issue (Network Adaptor Card). Tech's service was appropriate and adequate; however, follow up by Geek Squad to try to get follow up appointment and answer my questions about a warranty issue both on phone and in store were sadly lacking. One Customer Service Rep actually hung up on me; I am not happy!!!

    Cancelled service call because I received a very negative and nasty call from the service agent. Quote - " I am not coming out to fix someone else's mistake!" I don't need to deal with anyone who begins with that attitude. I did not complain to the individual I simply identified a problem, which I did not view as serious but needed attention.

    They send the wrong person. He was a computer tech and I requested a Blake a home theater tech. That was on 8/24/2022. So then they scheduled Blake for 9/17/2022 three weeks later. I waited all day no one called or text me. Blake called me on Friday 9/16/2022 and said said he would see me the next day. No one told me otherwise. So I wasted a entire Saturday. My home entertainment system has not worked correctly the entire year of 2022

    My brand new computer does not work! I have had it installed by you and then repaired by you, and it still doesn't work!! Each time the tech says it is working properly, but then I get a black screen and it freezes up and I have not choice to manually shut down. Horrible! Someone must know how to fix this brand new, expensive machine.

    I have had nothing but problems with items installed by Geek Squad. Call 800#, told to call store, told to call 800#, call store, told to call 800#, told to call store... get it? No one in this God-forsaken place will lift a finger to try to help... If a human gets on the phone their first response is "not my area, let me transfer you." Finally after SEVEN transfers someone asked if issue was escalated, which of course I had tried to do without success. Cannot recommend the total tech support package... WASTE OF MY TIME and MONEY

    The agent connected my HP printer. This particular model was difficult to set up, even Geek Squad didn't set up right the first time. It took two trips for Geek Agents to set this printer up.

    The guy who came said he was standing in for the regular repair person and did not have time to fix the problem - a virus in my computer. He also told me how to get the computer to burn a CD but I still can not. I have since moved to Ontario, NY (as I told him I was) He said to call the support people in this area. I have not called yet because I have been busy moving. So overall It is difficult to give a score when nothing was fixed

    GEEK SQUAD needs better training!!

    I am partialty DEAF. I bought three headphone sets and non were right for me. When I returned them I got better advice from GEEK SQUAD and bought SONY HEADPHONES. Three different times in a two month period I got BAD advice and could not enjoy hearing from my headphones. Then when I got the SONY HP no one was available to hook them up, now I have to wait 3 weeks for installation. I did what I was told to do from your employes, each one gave me WRONG advice.

    I did NOT renew this. I cancelled it since you intend to add additional charges for those of us who request individual home visits. I feel that is very deceptive. Especially since I had been informed by the tech and not you in the paperwork.

    Geek spent visit hyping maintenance plan and trashing my computers as too old to fix. Took notes and never shared them with me. Would not show me how to get my wireless printer to work. Told me to buy an Ethernet line. He told me he had years of experience and was very competent.35 minutes into the appointment he was ready to leave.Follow up call to Corporate was never followed thru. Still waiting for call from District Supervisor. I could have spent my 100.00 more wisely, maybe put it towards a new Computer?
