When I utilize Geek Squad services it is a toss-up on what kind of support or guidance I receive. It depends on the technician. The information is inconsistent, and they have been unsuccessful in helping me for the last year. I am super disappointed in the Geek Squad services!!! :(

Service guy came to do a simple service call and clean computer up (it was running really slow) and to get rid of security issues. He did do that, but it lasted about 30 minutes after he left. It was worse than before he came. I paid a considerable amount for this service, and I am not happy at all about this.

TV delivered by delivery company. No installation, which I paid for.
Called and complained and got a January 6 appointment. That got canceled over some parts issue, but no one told me. New appointment set up for January 21. Geeks farmed out the job to a local HVAC company. Never showed. Never called. I have a new appointment for January 27. Bet they ditch me again.

We had it rescheduled twice and then the person decided they could not help us out
It would have been nice if you guys told us before since we rushed home to from work the first time and you guys called and said you did not have the right technician for the job really ????
The second time you guys were scheduled to show up the guy canceled and said he was not able to fix the tv ..
it would have been really nice to know that way before the the First-appointment.

Made my computer worse than when I started talking to the squad.
Was able to stay on my computer after rebooting go into Amazon & send himself a $220 dollar gift card. After working with the Geek Squad person in South America I received a call the next day he said he had been working with me, I was impressed, asked to get on my computer using Squad web page.

I explained to the store that I needed an in home appointment EARLY because I have a vocal cord disability and am on medication. As of 1p.m. they still hadn't arrived. My in home appointment never happened. You people need to have something other than CALLING for customers that can't use a phone. Terrible customer service for those with a disability!!!

GAVE UP WAITING AFTER ABOUT 45 MINUTES, WAITING FOR THE PERSON ON THE OTHER END OF THE CALL TO LET US KNOW IF A TECH APPT. COULD BE SCHEDULED FOR A IN-HOME INSPECTION OF OUR LG WASHING MACHINE. GOT TIRED OF THE MUSIC, AND NO RESPONSE. THE IN-STORE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL BUT WE GAVE UP AFTER A REALLY LONG WAIT TO GET A RESPONSE TO OUR PHONE CALL.

If this is the no show after waiting several hours Sat AM & then they claim they called me, it was horrible. I was amazed cause their service is typically great. u require me select if I'd refer Geek Squad- i honestly don't know after this. Guess I'd tell people about this & let that be the referral

My computer went bad on me, had to get a new one! I had the geek squad help me setup my new computer it took almost two months and lose alot of information, they couldn't transfer most the information from old computer to my new one!

After waiting over one week to have my Samsung 55 inch frame tv diagnosed and repaired you sent a computer person instead of a home and tv specialist. Computer man apologized and gave me his managers number to straighten out problem. Manager was rude abrupt. Promised to call back. Never did. Baldwin sore manager Anthony however was most helpful
