Wasted half my day waiting for service to arrive when Best Buy cancelled the appointment at last minute. Then tried to reschedule using internet system with no results. The online system is terrible. Confusing and absolutely no help to me.

While online with the Geek squad, I was transferred to another representative that allowed a person to log in to my account and not only empty my bank account but set up monthly deductions from Zelle. Do Not Trust the online subsidiaries used by Best Buy

He did nothing and gave up a wrong diagnoses, he said all of our files would be lost and that wasn't the case. I wasted $103.00 for NOTHING..

I tried to have a tech come over and dail in my computer troubles, weeks in advance, took the day off of work, and they called early the arrival date and cancelled my appt. I was more that upset, didnt reschedule. Unhappy.

TWO different remote agents failed to fix my issue. Signed off ticket claiming they HAD fixed it. Moved to in-home service to finally resolve the issue and agent never showed up. Didn't call to say he couldn't make it either.

They came to my house told me that something was removed paid for the Service and it was not it keeos comming back

The agent looked at the situation and came up with the wrong diagnosis and did not apply any solution to fix the problem! Waste of my time!!! Will cancel this service and NEVER use again…

My problem was not resolved, not happy with the service that came to my home, did nothing !

Nobody told me they canceled my appointment. I went into the store to reschedule, I was re scheduled a month later. So, I’ve had to wait for over 2 months to get my request filled. Not the way I would run a business.

rep arrived on time, helped with computer problems, solved some, left after 1 hour, still had problrms, called and rep will be returning

still having the keyboard issues...but haven't called back yet to reschedule

your over the phone tech lost all my data !! never called me back as he promised , and this data is my whole 50 year worth of ads , business info and pictures > OMG SHAME ON YOU ! Devastated Incompetence for sure . ~ & criminal for getting away with this

Geek corrupted my records/addresses on my desk top. Filed to resolve the issue we requested. Most disappointing service ever from Best Buy GEEK. Will never request This GEEK servicer to attend any issues. I will always recommend GEEK with the exception.

Although we were assured when we made appointment that they could transfer our photos to our computer, when the agent arrived we were told she was not authorized to do that and left. Not a happy camper

Agent was very kind and he helped fix our problem.

They charged me $130 to come out and do nothing. He had my sister had somebody come the next day and had it fixed in a day and a half. Thanks for nothing geek squad

I've been dealing with my computer issue for 2 months and the computer only gets worse. You've made a mess of my computer and lost so much I have no idea what more I can do. The stress and the lack of a working computer has taken a tole on me and wasting unnecessary hours and days. I have always been a proponent of the Geek Squad but this mess is no longer tolerable

No service was performed. I cancelled when i was told it would be 19cdays before they would come out.. i will check my credit card for a refund for any charges.
