My computer went bad on me, had to get a new one! I had the geek squad help me setup my new computer it took almost two months and lose alot of information, they couldn't transfer most the information from old computer to my new one!

After waiting over one week to have my Samsung 55 inch frame tv diagnosed and repaired you sent a computer person instead of a home and tv specialist. Computer man apologized and gave me his managers number to straighten out problem. Manager was rude abrupt. Promised to call back. Never did. Baldwin sore manager Anthony however was most helpful

Wasted half my day waiting for service to arrive when Best Buy cancelled the appointment at last minute.
Then tried to reschedule using internet system with no results. The online system is terrible. Confusing and absolutely no help to me.

While online with the Geek squad, I was transferred to another representative that allowed a person to log in to my account and not only empty my bank account but set up monthly deductions from Zelle. Do Not Trust the online subsidiaries used by Best Buy

TWO different remote agents failed to fix my issue. Signed off ticket claiming they HAD fixed it. Moved to in-home service to finally resolve the issue and agent never showed up. Didn't call to say he couldn't make it either.

I tried to have a tech come over and dail in my computer troubles, weeks in advance, took the day off of work, and they called early the arrival date and cancelled my appt. I was more that upset, didnt reschedule. Unhappy.

I went into the store to reschedule, I was re scheduled a month later. So, I’ve had to wait for over 2 months to get my request filled.

I've been dealing with my computer issue for 2 months and the computer only gets worse. You've made a mess of my computer and lost so much I have no idea what more I can do. The stress and the lack of a working computer has taken a tole on me and wasting unnecessary hours and days. I have always been a proponent of the Geek Squad but this mess is no longer tolerable
