It 4 calls to make an appointment for a Logitech remote to be reprogrammed. When the tech arrived an hour late, he could not help because he was computer tech an did not know anything about remotes. Total Tech is a Total waste of time and money.!!!!!!!

I had an appointment with Michael at Geek Squad on 9/14/2022 to pick up my computer and have him explain to me and help me with the fix. He was exceptionally patient, kind, professional, knowledgeable, thorough and calm (often the younger techs seem to be in a hurry, talk too fast and barely make eye contact). I would score him at the highest number on each metric. I was looking forward to giving very positive feedback about this experience. Excellence needs to be acknowledged and rewarded, especially in Customer Service. We, the public, are not an easy lot to deal with.

When I requested this service, I was quoted a price of $49.99 but when work was completed I was told and charged a total of $99.99. I have complained to the Geek Squad about this, but to no avail. I will bring this complaint to a higher source and will never get Geek Squad again for service based on their pricing practices.

The experience from beginning to end was unequivocally the worst tech purchase of my life. Sold me a computer with an internal CD burner. When I dropped off my hard-drive for data transfer, somehow miraculously my laptop was switched either by accident or maliciously with a very cheap Laptop with no burner.
