    Although we were assured when we made appointment that they could transfer our photos to our computer, when the agent arrived we were told she was not authorized to do that and left. Not a happy camper

    They charged me $130 to come out and do nothing. He had my sister had somebody come the next day and had it fixed in a day and a half. Thanks for nothing geek squad

    No service was performed. I cancelled when i was told it would be 19cdays before they would come out.. i will check my credit card for a refund for any charges.

    It 4 calls to make an appointment for a Logitech remote to be reprogrammed. When the tech arrived an hour late, he could not help because he was computer tech an did not know anything about remotes. Total Tech is a Total waste of time and money.!!!!!!!

    When I requested this service, I was quoted a price of $49.99 but when work was completed I was told and charged a total of $99.99. I have complained to the Geek Squad about this, but to no avail. I will bring this complaint to a higher source and will never get Geek Squad again for service based on their pricing practices.

    The Geek Squad tech I met with was exceptional

    I had an appointment with Michael at Geek Squad on 9/14/2022 to pick up my computer and have him explain to me and help me with the fix. He was exceptionally patient, kind, professional, knowledgeable, thorough and calm (often the younger techs seem to be in a hurry, talk too fast and barely make eye contact). I would score him at the highest number on each metric. I was looking forward to giving very positive feedback about this experience. Excellence needs to be acknowledged and rewarded, especially in Customer Service. We, the public, are not an easy lot to deal with.

    Ordered a boom box and received a CD player. But its Christmas and very hectic so I guess that's the reason. But I can't say enough good things about Geek Squad Policy. It's fantastic.

    The experience from beginning to end was unequivocally the worst tech purchase of my life. Sold me a computer with an internal CD burner. When I dropped off my hard-drive for data transfer, somehow miraculously my laptop was switched either by accident or maliciously with a very cheap Laptop with no burner.

    Best Buy will not back their warranties. Was sold the wrong computer 2 years ago and they refuse to make it right. Computer serviced 7 times and still doesn’t work
