    Tech finished connecting my printer and it worked for 3 1/2 weeks. Now will not print tho wireless connection says it is connected. Blue light just runs back and forth

    I would recommend Geek Squad, but not the man I had, he was short, irritable, rude. He did not want to be here and noting was accomplished. Never again, not him

    I canceled this since they canceled appointment without notifying me. Then asked me to wait 2 weekd - after already waiting 4 weeks! They are refunding my money.

    They would not fix my computer without an appointment and then told me it would take 3 days to transfer data. your live chat person told me I could pick it up and have everything transferred while I waited.

    No one mounted the computer, monitor, or anything else. It has been five weeks since I bought it and yet I am still awaiting. Extremely disappointed

    Agent was unable or unwilling to get my 3 computers to talk to each other. He said he was unable or unwilling to do it. Waste of money. Can you send somebody that can do it. All 3 are Windows 10 PRO

    Couldn't get through to the Geek Squad on the phone to set up an appointment, so went into the store to do it. Then they never showed up. No call, no apology.

    Steamer kit not installed tight enough - it leaks!

    The agent who installed the steamer kit did not tighten it enough. Now when I use the steaming functionality of my dryer it leaks water!! I guess I have to figure out how to tighten myself.

    I spent 1hr:4min on the phone, spoke to 3 people, only to be hung up on. Got nothing accomplished. The person could of called me back, sadly, they did not.

    Agent told me to take projector to tbe store for repair. I did and store said dont do repairs. Even if I pay for repairs store wont take it. Complete waste of money

    Geek Squad to the rescue!! Big big fan.

    The agents were more than helpful, not only did they do an excellent job of setting up the new TV, they very patiently showed my elderly mother how to use the remote & access her favorite channels. The Geek Squad was well worth the cost in my estimation. When we had connectivity problems they were able to determine that the cable box was defective and coached me on how to request the replacement.

    A know it all, without finding out problem. Came in said nothing wrong here. Well something is wrong. I had Cox here they did fix somethings, but still had problems. Why I called Greeks

    Normal Maintenance

    Sam came in to our house and was very professional, efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable. This is the second time he has been here. Dont want anybody else. He just did normal maintenance on our device and every time it was better than the las time he did the maintenance. Sam is an asset!!!!
