    I have not used it yet so it is difficult to rate the remote selector. Perhaps if you can give me a week or so to evaluate its use I will be able to complete this.

    I cancelled this appointment when I found out that they BEST BUY was going to charge me for a service that I already paid for and shouldn't have been charged.

    They will not correct thier admitted mistakes. Because of a store mistake the service apologized but I still have to wait 2 more weeks

    The tech saw immediately that it could not be fixed and said I would not be charged for this. Was a credit issued? The tech was 5 star but I have seen the credit therefore 1 star rating
