I had many things to do, and the phone tech, who was unable to do it remotely, said I could take it to Best Buy, or have the geek squad come out. I knew it would cost me a little extra, for the home service, but I’m busy trying to remodel my home and was also wanting eyes on my entire setup, to check for issues. The tech, put on booties, was polite, efficient, and friendly. I was handy, if he needed me, to answer questions. All went well and I was able to get back to take care of administrative tasks.
