    I forgot my screen password, thinking it was obvious, and that I had written it down. I had many things to do, and the phone tech, who was unable to do it remotely, said I could take it to Best Buy, or have the geek squad come out. I knew it would cost me a little extra, for the home service, but I’m busy trying to remodel my home and was also wanting eyes on my entire setup, to check for issues. The tech, put on booties, was polite, efficient, and friendly. I was handy, if he needed me, to answer questions. All went well and I was able to get back to take care of administrative tasks.

    Spent 3 hours trying then charged me $53 & left. Dell had to come onl il ne for $149 & fix it.

    Geek Squad Tech home visit. Well worth the money. Had been trying to get problem solved with remote Geek Squad a few times but could not. Home Tech found problem within minutes of inspecting computer. Changed certain selections and added others to stop/reduce problems. Also cleaned up and streamlined computer to run more efficiently. Tech was very nice and explained everything he was doing. Would procure service again and recommend it.

    The agent was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and took the time to explain my options. He was able to communicate in a clear and simple way. The service was provided quickly and very professional. He took the time to make sure everything was working properly. One of the best customer service provider I have ever received.
