Geek guy was in such a hurry to go on vacation that he didn't complete the job

The young gentleman who came to my house was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and professional. I ordered a new computer through him, and he came back after I picked it up to set it up.

Colin is amazing. I had a list of five disparate topics and he fixed every one in 28 minutes. He would start out with, "Well, I'm not an expert on _____." He would tinker with the question and my computer and then it would be fixed. I also appreciated that even though I got held up at a meeting and was not there at our appointed time, he came back and fixed my concerns. You know I'm a raving fan of Geek Squad, but your telephone and message service is not as good as your technicians. I tried to give the phone number a short message that I might not be there at 12 noon, and it never took a message.

Best service from any person from any company I have bought computers from. Very professional, on time, friendly and patient. I am 83 yrs old and noone could have done a better job setting up my computer and transferring my old files from my old computer. He needs a raise in pay as you will never find a better Geek Squad memberthan Stuart.

Geek Squad agent Matthew worked around our schedule in arriving at our home to troubleshoot our printer. He was very supportive and helpful and answered all of our questions. I was not able to be home when he arrived but my wife put him on the phone with me and he walked me through everything he had done. Matthew even called me back a day or two after his repair service to make sure everything was still working and performing as it should. I was extremely pleased with his customer service and would like to make his supervisor (s) aware of his work and professionalism.

The agent arrived on time at the house. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was willing to patiently answer questions and helped us become more comfortable with the computer.

Jason installed my new quicken program and was very helpful answering questions very friendly and knowledgeable

I wish I had done this years ago. My parents have a smart TV with a ton of functions that they never used because it was too complicated to switch from their DirectTV system. The geek squad tech came out and relatively quickly set up everything to work as it was supposed to using a single remote. They couldn't be happier and now have access to their streaming services and DVD collection for the first time in years. The amount of time and headaches we have spent trying to resolve this for them ourselves was well worth it. The tech was wonderful. He resolved all of the issues quickly and answered every question we could come up with. I'm extremely thankful for the support.

The geek squad mounted our TV and set up all the devices. Also check to make sure our other TVs worked so there weren’t any problems. Very knowledgeable and efficient. And cleaned up after himself by taking the boxes.

A young man came to my home for computer repair following a virus that took over in many areas. I was so pleased with the level of his understanding and he taught me how to prevent this same problem happening again. I am so thankful that an intelligent employee took complete care and repaired what previously appeared to be all lost. The agent (Kat) was able to solve the problem I was having with my new computer. In addition, she was able to help me with a texting issue I was having. She was prompt, personable, and efficient.

The technician was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He solved my problem and then restarted my computer to double check that everything was working correctly.

I have made two recent calls to the Geek Squad. The first representative was a man named Michael. I've had this guy before, and apparently he knows who I am. I can tell by the tone of his voice he knows who I am, and it is obvious he doesn't like me. This time I had a question about robo calls and he pulled up the information, and when I told him I wanted to write it down, he hung up. My second call was with a lady, who was very kind and helpful, an asset to the Geek Squad. If I ever get that Michael again, I'm going to hang up. As I said before this Michael apparently knew who I was because he asked no questions about anything and said he had all my information.

Agent was friendly and knowledgable. I would give it a 5 star rating but he messed up on putting in the network name. I had to spen a couple hours after he left puttting in passwords to all the devices. Had a lot of trouble with the phone. Also messed up on the receipt, Device works great.
