Don't every buy this. I call and call, get passed around from department to department, nobody ever helps me schedule, nobody can find my order #, basically, it's like flushing $100 and 2 hours down the toilet. Never order a Geek Squad Service online, you'll never get it scheduled no matter what you try to do.

I had a big problem after the last agent came to my home May 8. After a day or two, my e-mail would not come up. If it finally was visible, I would click on individual messages to no avail. When I went into my DELETED file, I was told there were over 400 messages. Then, when I was recently asked to fill out a revue of that service, I made clear that I cannot much longer work without additional corrective help from the Geek Squad. Somebody must have read my appeal because a few days later my e-mail suddenly worked normal again. The agent who was at my home was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing while he was on my computer. So, I don't know what happened. But right now, everything is working ok, even though nobody asked me to go into my computer. I WOULD NOT WANT A COMPUTER WITHOUT THE SECURITY OF THE GEEK SQUAD AVAILABLE.

They did a great job. The man was very knowledgeable. Every time I need help the geek squad helps me out. I feel confident to have them help me. I can call every time I get stuck with a problem on my computer. You will be happy if you purchase a contract for a year like I did/

Easy to schedule. They came to my house, troubleshot the issue. Unfortunately the laptop had to be sent off for repair so it wasn’t fixed that day. But the tech was polite and knew his stuff.

the service is great! My computer was not working well. I could not get my emails. I thought that i had a virus. i called a friend to see who she could reccomend. She reminded me that i had The Geek squad service from Best Buy. I got it when I purchased a phone. I didn't realize that it includes ALL of the products from best buy. When I called, they provided a service remotely the serviceman was very patient with me, and this cleared up some of the problems. He also scheduled someone to do a home visit which took about 1 1/2/ hours and the results were excellent! This service is well worth the cost.

Geek guy was in such a hurry to go on vacation that he didn't complete the job

The Geek Squad keeps my computer running strong and I highly recommend them to cover all your computer repairs, tune ups, etc..

The young gentleman who came to my house was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and professional. I ordered a new computer through him, and he came back after I picked it up to set it up.

Best service from any person from any company I have bought computers from. Very professional, on time, friendly and patient. I am 83 yrs old and noone could have done a better job setting up my computer and transferring my old files from my old computer. He needs a raise in pay as you will never find a better Geek Squad memberthan Stuart.

Colin is amazing. I had a list of five disparate topics and he fixed every one in 28 minutes. He would start out with, "Well, I'm not an expert on _____." He would tinker with the question and my computer and then it would be fixed. I also appreciated that even though I got held up at a meeting and was not there at our appointed time, he came back and fixed my concerns. You know I'm a raving fan of Geek Squad, but your telephone and message service is not as good as your technicians. I tried to give the phone number a short message that I might not be there at 12 noon, and it never took a message.

Barinia (sp?) was outstanding. She took time with us to get the two issues resolved. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. She is the ideal Geek Squad representative for Best Buy!

Agent Jacob Lofton provided excellent help with out computer problems. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He is an excellent example of what we like about the Geek Squad and your agents.

The agent arrived on time at the house. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was willing to patiently answer questions and helped us become more comfortable with the computer.

Geek Squad agent Matthew worked around our schedule in arriving at our home to troubleshoot our printer. He was very supportive and helpful and answered all of our questions. I was not able to be home when he arrived but my wife put him on the phone with me and he walked me through everything he had done. Matthew even called me back a day or two after his repair service to make sure everything was still working and performing as it should. I was extremely pleased with his customer service and would like to make his supervisor (s) aware of his work and professionalism.

Shannon was fantastic! Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Even took care of some things that would have been future problems.

The geek squad mounted our TV and set up all the devices. Also check to make sure our other TVs worked so there weren’t any problems. Very knowledgeable and efficient. And cleaned up after himself by taking the boxes.

I wish I had done this years ago. My parents have a smart TV with a ton of functions that they never used because it was too complicated to switch from their DirectTV system. The geek squad tech came out and relatively quickly set up everything to work as it was supposed to using a single remote. They couldn't be happier and now have access to their streaming services and DVD collection for the first time in years. The amount of time and headaches we have spent trying to resolve this for them ourselves was well worth it. The tech was wonderful. He resolved all of the issues quickly and answered every question we could come up with. I'm extremely thankful for the support.
