My husband had another new computer. We called Geek Squad to explain. Elizabeth was great. My husband decided to order new Apple Computer that he was use too. Elizabeth came back to our house in couple weeks with our new Apple Computer. Elizabeth set up our new computer and older printer. Elizabeth explained everything and installed printer. My hushand excited to be back with Apple Computer that he loves. My husband was very pleased with our new computer with outstanding Geek Squad person Elizabeth. Thank you Best Buy for great service.

Alan M. was sent as the technician to help me with my new computer and new printer. He was on time, friendly, yet professional, did a great job in a timely manner, was courteous and efficient. He refused a tip which I offered. I am really happy with the service he provided. I strongly recommend shoppers to purchase from Best Buy, and get their service plan. I don't regret my decisions to make multiple purchases from them over the years, and enjoy the benefits of their Geek Squad Plan, now renamed, but provides the same service.

Had in-home visits to help with changes that occurred after bringing the PC in to the store for diagnostics. I will say that in the future I will rely on in-home visits exclusively. Excellent service and advice. I couldn’t ask for better. I am very tech challenged so it is much more helpful for me to have the service done in my home so I can make sure everything is working the way it should.

At the Saratoga Springs store I worked with Xavier and Nick to find the right computer for a home application. Both Nick and Xavier took their time with me explaining features and benefits on various models. Nick helped me through the check-out process where I was using multiple payment options. he made the entire purchase a seamless exchange. Ross, from the GEEK Squad handled the set-up for us, Everything was brought up to speed, data was transferred, our preferences were installed and it was all done flawlessly. Great experience all around. The store team was extremely knowledgable and helpful. (And GEEK Squad is well worth the investment)

Geek Squad Agent, Jade, performed our annual clean up on our desktop computers and helped fix items in need of correction. Great service and very knowledgeable agent.

Agent arrived when scheduled. Was thorough in evaluating our issue, provided us with several options regarding our router issue. Mesh system was recommended do to the size of our home. Fixed our current connection issue. We r considering his recommendation. We really appreciated is advise & knowledge. Not his 1st time taking care of us. Would highly recommend him.

The agent checked out my slow moving computer. He suggested I buy a new cord and with his fixes and the new cord that he showed me how to B install my computer is working fast again. He Did say my dell was not built for windows 11 which was upgrading when I purchased it. The salesman and I had a discussion and he knew I might upgrade at some point. Just do you know. I may be in the market again as the fix Is not permanent. But I’m not happy with having to buy a new computer so soon.

DAN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE. HE CLEANED UP A MESS AND WAS VERY PATIENT WITH ME AND ALL MY QUESTIONS.

Installation was great. Installers wore masks and booties to keep us safe and my home clean. The were fast and efficient and were very courteous.
