The service was excellent, waiting time was minimal to non-existent. My computer runs fine now! Have always had great results from Geek Squad!!!!!

As Windows 8.1 is discontinued, but the software will continue to function; & after 1/10/2023, your computer running Windows 8.1 will no longer receive security updates. My desk top died & I called Geek Squad at home, he suggested taking into store to see if his "diagnosis" was correct - hard drive gone. It was, left it to be replaced and picked up today. They were able to transfer data to the new one.

Ted did his magic with competence, speed and tolerance (for my lack of technical knowledge), He explained the steps in the procedures, the expected results and his availability for future problem solving. Best of all, it was a one-on-one situation - person to person - a treat in today’s world of faceless, indifferent, automated Q/A technology. The tech that came to my house was very professional and courteous and helped me understand my computer and he fixed my problems

We give Gabriel Bazada 5 stars! He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. He opened the boxes with the 2 computers and setup both of them. He also removed the hard drives from both computers. The laptop was a lot of work because in order to take out the hard drive he had to take it apart. He also gave my husband and me a lesson in the operation of the computers. We couldn't be more pleased with the service Gabriel gave us. He made everything easy. He was great!

The total tech representatives are AWESOME. The last tech that I had was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. His name was Bobby Rasnick he setup all my new devices and explained their function. I am over 70 yrs and I am trying to keep up with all the changes. I have only gotten this far because the Total Tech At-home Service is available. PLEASE DO NOT DISCOUNTINE THIS SERVICE IN OUR PLANS.

The Geek Squad Techs that came to our home and set up 2 new computers and a new router did a wonderful job. However, I will never recommend the online Geek Squad Techs at the second level. The first level Tech, the first ones you talk to, are fine and helpful. The last 4 times that the first level techs transfred me to the second level tech to have some problems fix, they messed up my computer each of the 4 times.

the Geek expert arrived promptly at the agreed time, asked a few questions about my goals {perfectly at the level of my understanding} and then spent a short time reviewing my computers at home. Then, with a methodical process solved my main goals and gave me several other choices to further improve the systems used by everyone in the family.

My computer was giving me a problem that the over the phone Geek Squad could not fix. Geek Squad came to my home to assist. The tech support was very nice and knowledgeable. He corrected my computer problem and told me what computer to buy when I was able to upgrade. He was very honest and able to help me plan for future purchases.

Geek Squad's in-person, onsite service for me was prompt, efficient, and very helpful. Calling Geek Squad online service is a request to be intercepted by crooks who crash one's computer and try to abuse customers and steal money. I will never again use Geek Squad's online service - it can be a time-consuming costly mess.
