The agent checked my PC for viruses and malware. Upgraded to Windows 11; installed shortcuts and favorites; answered all my questions. Will definitely ask for this agent if I have further PC problems. He was excellent in explaining things to me.

Geek Squad is GREAT! Too bad you can never talk with them on the phone. When you call Best Buy, you go to a call center. When you purchase the item the call center said would be "Perfect". The Geek Squad come out to install, then you get the real correct advise and they do the job, then you're done, except returning all the stuff the call center had you buy.

I have used Geek Squad for years. I have their Total Tec Plan. When I need any kind of assistance they are always there to give me a hand. They not only help fix my problem, they are courteous, understanding, and always going the extra step. I am a lifer with Geek Squad!

Our electronics were a perfect fit. It worked the first time plugged in and has continued to operate flawlessly since installation. When I did have aproblem caused by an electrical spike, the Geek Squad came out in two days and rebooted my system and I have benn up and running ever since.

Double Agent Toby Evans was friendly and very efficient. He completed the task quickly. I appreciated that he explained what he was doing as he went along. His explanation of Geek Squad's membership plan was clear; the pitch for membership just right in tone.

My new desk-top computer was installed expertly by the Geek Squad agents, and connected to the appropriate devices. He also addressed some problems that I have been having. He was here for quite a while. I am so happy that I have a Total Tech membership!

He offered a part to keep the laptop working but I declined it to save the money since he was able to get it connected. He was very upfront about it possibly going out again. The agent,Ed ,was most helpful& personable- He was very patient & found the best solution for my need of simplifying the sharing use of my desktop setup & purchase of a new monitor - he is a definite problem solver! It was nice to know that I can rely on his help if needed with future questions-

My agent's name was Jonah. I was picking up my computer with many questions and buying Word to be installed. He is kind, truly knows his job, and very patient. He was working alone, at the time, and kept at least 4 people satisfied by helping us all. Quite an accomplishment. You should be thankful to have him. He's at the Florence location.

Chris is the consummate expert. He works quickly, knows what is next up on the menu, repairs/replaces in order, answers questions in language I can understand. Answers the question "What should I have asked you that I didn't?" with helpful suggestions bearing on the problem(s) he was fixing.

My guy fixed our problem with the printer (it and the computer were not communicating) and also helped me with other issues like installing a password to open the laptop. He was cordial, quick and efficient.

Two Geeks answered service call; one being mentored by a long time veteran Geek and mentoree who was transferring into home service calls. The lesser experienced Geek listened carefully, appraised the situation and activated possible solutions. He checked with his mentor, explained what could and could not be accomplished and made sure I had no further questions. I was satisfied with the work.
