I have had tower pc ever since pcs came out. My first time to learn about apps was when I purchased an iphone. Boy, was that a shocker to a 63 year old mind. I had to get it because of traveling from hurricanes. Two years later my dear friend the tower crashed. It had been struck by lightening when it was only a year old but still worked great. With all the storms we have I'm surprised it lasted as long as it did. The only reason was Geek Squad. They have been my heros for probably 10 years now. They have saved me lots of money and stress. Before them it was costing me $250-$350 every 6 months with a local private shop. I paid them more money to keep a pc running than what they sold it to me for. I feel so bad because of the friends I had sent to them because they at first treated me right. after the first year it got worse and worse until I found Geek Squad. Geek Squad set me on a whole new course and opened a stress free world for me. So, where did I purchase my next friend? Yep, from Best Buy where I knew the cost was going to last for many years thanks to my heros at Geek Squad. So, who do I call? I'm now disabled and have a tough time learning new tricks but I'll never fall short because they will and have helped me to keep going...virtually. Thank you, Geek Squad/my heros!

The three times I've had them out, ether at my old address or where I am now 40 miles away from the old one; it didn't matter...they were all over it and took care of each and every problem that I called them out for. Best Buy should be proud of that program that they offer us the customer.

Geek squad agent, Ryan was most knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Having had him help me with my issues has made a great difference in my being able to enjoy using my computer instead of fearing what might happen should I hit an incorrect key. I would like to have Ryan help me again.

My computer had been compromised. The Geek Squad support person came, cleaned my computer and showed me what I had done that caused the situation. While here, he easily changed some computer settings that had been annoying me. He was quick, thorough and professional.

RJ Gacutan was excellent in providing service and assistance with my computer. He was patient, didn't make me feel like his mind was on something else and his next appointment; RJ was knowledgeable of what I was needing assistance with, and he was friendly. He contacted us to let us know when he will be here. I would recommend his services any time!

Landyn/Geek Squad, was excellent...again! He arrived on time, having called en route to let me know when to expect him. He is thorough, very knowledgeable, patient and respectful. He resolved all my technical issues and checked everything to make sure.

I was having trouble with my computer and on line service from my provider. Your service techcorrected the computer problems but more important he provided guidance on dealing with the on line phone and net service without bad mouthing anybody. what a professuional

The Geek Squad is a life-saver for me as I am a senior with limited knowledge about tech stuff. Mathew is always able to explain things to me and to adjust whatever needs adjusting. I usually ask for Mathew is his schedule fits but the other fellows who have helped are all just as good and professional.

Needed to have a home computer checked for drivers and other issues. The agent that came out was knowledgeable and able to resolve the many issues and questions we had. Would have been a 5-star rating but the scheduling of my appointment got messed up by Best Buy and they canceled my first appointment on the day of the appt, and then couldn't get me rescheduled for two additional weeks. The quality of the agent that DID come out made up for a lot of this inconvenience or this could have been a 2-star review. Overall I'm happy with my maintenance contract

Seth did a great job with our computers. He is knowledgeable and friendly. This was the seocnd time he has come out to our cottage at Frederick Living. I would recommed Seth for anyone that needs help with their computers laptops and I-pads
