My new desk-top computer was installed expertly by the Geek Squad agents, and connected to the appropriate devices. He also addressed some problems that I have been having. He was here for quite a while. I am so happy that I have a Total Tech membership!

My agent's name was Jonah. I was picking up my computer with many questions and buying Word to be installed. He is kind, truly knows his job, and very patient. He was working alone, at the time, and kept at least 4 people satisfied by helping us all. Quite an accomplishment. You should be thankful to have him. He's at the Florence location.

Two Geeks answered service call; one being mentored by a long time veteran Geek and mentoree who was transferring into home service calls. The lesser experienced Geek listened carefully, appraised the situation and activated possible solutions. He checked with his mentor, explained what could and could not be accomplished and made sure I had no further questions. I was satisfied with the work.

The Geek Squad tech was very efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Fixed my problem with my computer.

I have had tower pc ever since pcs came out. My first time to learn about apps was when I purchased an iphone. Boy, was that a shocker to a 63 year old mind. I had to get it because of traveling from hurricanes. Two years later my dear friend the tower crashed. It had been struck by lightening when it was only a year old but still worked great. With all the storms we have I'm surprised it lasted as long as it did. The only reason was Geek Squad. They have been my heros for probably 10 years now. They have saved me lots of money and stress. Before them it was costing me $250-$350 every 6 months with a local private shop. I paid them more money to keep a pc running than what they sold it to me for. I feel so bad because of the friends I had sent to them because they at first treated me right. after the first year it got worse and worse until I found Geek Squad. Geek Squad set me on a whole new course and opened a stress free world for me. So, where did I purchase my next friend? Yep, from Best Buy where I knew the cost was going to last for many years thanks to my heros at Geek Squad. So, who do I call? I'm now disabled and have a tough time learning new tricks but I'll never fall short because they will and have helped me to keep going...virtually. Thank you, Geek Squad/my heros!

Our Geek Squad agent was Tyrone, and he was over the top great. Fixed our computer and got everything back to working order in a very timely manner. I would recommend Tyrone for a raise, we have had him twice and absolutely great person.

Chris is the consummate expert. He works quickly, knows what is next up on the menu, repairs/replaces in order, answers questions in language I can understand. Answers the question "What should I have asked you that I didn't?" with helpful suggestions bearing on the problem(s) he was fixing.

RJ Gacutan was excellent in providing service and assistance with my computer. He was patient, didn't make me feel like his mind was on something else and his next appointment; RJ was knowledgeable of what I was needing assistance with, and he was friendly. He contacted us to let us know when he will be here. I would recommend his services any time!

The three times I've had them out, ether at my old address or where I am now 40 miles away from the old one; it didn't matter...they were all over it and took care of each and every problem that I called them out for. Best Buy should be proud of that program that they offer us the customer.

the agent was very informative & knowledgeable in solving my computer problems. He listened to me attentively and was very patient. He answered my many questions and took his time explaining some of my concerns. He cleaned up my comuter. I was very pleased with the service. He was quite personable.

Geek squad agent, Ryan was most knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Having had him help me with my issues has made a great difference in my being able to enjoy using my computer instead of fearing what might happen should I hit an incorrect key. I would like to have Ryan help me again.

My computer had been compromised. The Geek Squad support person came, cleaned my computer and showed me what I had done that caused the situation. While here, he easily changed some computer settings that had been annoying me. He was quick, thorough and professional.

Outstanding knowledge and efficiency of Geek Squad representative. The representative list listened patiently to me when I explained the problem, provided detailed information along the was as issue was resolved. The issue was resolved on the first contact. Exemplary customer service.

My guy fixed our problem with the printer (it and the computer were not communicating) and also helped me with other issues like installing a password to open the laptop. He was cordial, quick and efficient.

Landyn/Geek Squad, was excellent...again! He arrived on time, having called en route to let me know when to expect him. He is thorough, very knowledgeable, patient and respectful. He resolved all my technical issues and checked everything to make sure.

Without a doubt, the best Geek Squad service I have had in the last 12 years. Not only did Ms. R do an efficient job of converting my issues into solutions, she followed up the next day to confirm everything was still on track. AMAZING! We will request her for all future business.
