The Geek Squad is a life-saver for me as I am a senior with limited knowledge about tech stuff. Mathew is always able to explain things to me and to adjust whatever needs adjusting. I usually ask for Mathew is his schedule fits but the other fellows who have helped are all just as good and professional.

I was having trouble with my computer and on line service from my provider. Your service techcorrected the computer problems but more important he provided guidance on dealing with the on line phone and net service without bad mouthing anybody. what a professuional

The agent answered my questions and told me more about the product I was interested in buying as well as helped me through the process of buying. He was knowledgeable, helpful and polite. It was a job well done!

Needed to have a home computer checked for drivers and other issues. The agent that came out was knowledgeable and able to resolve the many issues and questions we had. Would have been a 5-star rating but the scheduling of my appointment got messed up by Best Buy and they canceled my first appointment on the day of the appt, and then couldn't get me rescheduled for two additional weeks. The quality of the agent that DID come out made up for a lot of this inconvenience or this could have been a 2-star review. Overall I'm happy with my maintenance contract

The two men who helped me select the best iPad for myself were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The Service contract i have with Best Buy is an excellent investment. Their expertise, availability has been of great service . Thank you Geek squad

Josh Hines always does a fantastic job of trouble shooting, installations, etc. He is the TOP information resource for any kind of technology! I am blessed to have him as an Educator to actually teach me what I need to know in this tech world! Best Buy needs to give him a RAISE! He didn't ask me to say that!

Seth did a great job with our computers. He is knowledgeable and friendly. This was the seocnd time he has come out to our cottage at Frederick Living. I would recommed Seth for anyone that needs help with their computers laptops and I-pads

A previous Geek, who found my computer to be beyond repair, recommended I buy this brand of desk top I had never heard of. The Geek who installed it talked about the features and why it was good for me, although, not his favorite It is important that my uses be primary in selection. He patiently set it up, transferred the data from the data from the old computer and my laptop. Always thorough and professional. The Geek squad keeps this old person updated.

The Geek Squad came to my home and made changes to my desktop computer. It then worked faster and with fewer problems. I have found Geek Squad support to be well worth the cost. It seems like once a year viruses seem to find a way to get past the screening programs and do their damage. Geek Squad does their thing and I am back in business.

The agent set up my new laptop. Also he was very helpful in that he explained the various procedures that I must follow to operate my new laptop If I remember, his name is Steve. Please pass on my thanks

The Geek Squad agent corrected several problems in my computer and trained me in some procedures so that I could get full use of my computer’s capabilities. At 75 years old, I’m computer savvy, thanks to that agent.

Computer and printer problems. Did a perfect job. Very knowledgeable.

Desktop Computer seemed like it crashed but power did come back on. Wanted to be sure all was backed up just in case computer was on its last breath. Service was amazing and all checked and found to be operating and back up working perfectly. Excellent service!

The technician arrived on time, as he indicated he would and went to work cleaning up the computer and leaving it in total working order. Before his work, the was as slow and molasses and thereafter, it was smooth sailing.

Jose is the Best!! Came to my home twice. Transferred all files to my new laptop, installed Windows 11 and Webroot. Came back a second time to set up monitor and speakers. He really knows his stuff, and he took the time to answer all of my questions. I have had no issues or problems with my new system.
